I stayed here during the Obon holiday. At the time of our visit, a typhoon was approaching, and JR had decided to suspend train services the day before, so we were able to spend the day relaxing with very few people, and there was little impact from the rain and wind on the day, despite the additional expense of renting a car. I was lucky. The room was equipped with a kitchen and tableware for hot spring treatment. However, there was a closet in the hallway, and the futon was not prepared in the room when I arrived, so I had to declare it at the front desk. The air conditioner in the room is equipped with a window, so you can't close the window, but since it's located next to a national highway, there was a lot of traffic from trucks and other vehicles even late at night, so the noise was quite a concern. The hot springs were great. The cloudy white water is so thick that you can't see the footboards in the slightly green bathtub, and the strong sulfur smell will make you feel like you're in a hot spring. Taki-no-Yu and Taki-no-Yu look similar, but when you lick Taki-no-Yu, you can feel a strong sour taste, but this water has a bitter taste, and you can tell that the quality of the spring water is completely different. The bathroom is made of shallow Japanese cypress and has a nice atmosphere, but for some reason there is no lighting inside the bathroom, which is illuminated by a floodlight from the changing room, but the problem is that it is dim at night. There is a ventilation fan installed to prevent hydrogen sulfide gas, so it doesn't seem like there is no electricity. Also, I was concerned that the washing area only had hot spring water coming out of a pipe sticking out of the wall, and there were no showers or mirrors. There is a shower booth on the second floor like you would find in a manga cafe, but that's a bit of a misfortune. I don't think I would recommend it for people who want to sweat it out on a day trip to the hot springs.

Today's accommodation.A slightly acidic, sulfur, sodium, and calcium sulfate spring with a pH of 6.3 and a source temperature of 48.5℃. Naturally flowing from the source, no water added or heated. You can't take a bath from 0-4 o'clock, but you can enter as much as you like at other times. One indoor bath. There is one washing area, but there is only a weakly acidic hot spring instead of running water, so if you are concerned about that, you may want to use the separate shower room. The hot water is strongly cloudy and has a very strong hydrogen sulfide odor. This is wonderful, like a sulfur spring.

The old woman with glasses at the reception desk was too unfriendly, probably because day-trippers don't make any money.I think it's all about the quality of the spring water. We recommend that you prepare 800 yen in coins, pay the amount at the front desk without saying hello, take a bath, and leave without saying a word.

Used for day trip hot springs. It was 800 yen per person (it seems the price has increased from 500 yen)The hot water here is real 👌There are no showers at the bathhouse, but it feels like a traditional hot spring inn, which is nice.My skin is now moist and smooth. There was a dog at the entrance! Her name is Pochi-chan🐶 She can't see or hear, so when I petted her, she freaked out... But I'm sure she's in the same position that she's been in since a long time ago.The hot water is great, but I thought 800 yen was a bit high. Both Higashi-Taga-no-yu and Nishitaga-no-yu have hot spring quality that I love.Stayed in May R6.After all hot springs are the bestThe tea snacks were delicious~ 🙂Customer service is very refreshingThe room is close to the road so it's quite noisy. The food was average, but the bamboo shoot rice was delicious. You can use credit card 💳⭕️

I visited the hot springs for a day trip.It was a cypress bath with hot, cloudy, rich sulfur springs. If I could rent it out, it would be quite comfortable.
