2024.9.25-26 AccommodationThis time I used it for business. At first glance, if you compare it with other hotels, it looks like an apartment building. In fact, the 3rd floor and above are resort condominiums, but that's what I thought. The interior decoration is also not as stylish as some recent hotels. When I entered the room, it was spacious and clean, and I felt very comfortable.I used it with dinner and breakfast included, and it was delicious. As for the staff, there were non-Japanese staff as well as foreign staff, so it was a little difficult to hear their words at times, but if someone had trouble with their luggage or how to operate the system, they would rush over and provide courteous assistance, which left a good impression. I was able to hold it.I felt like I was in a resort hotel overseas because my appearance was so clean. You can get to Yubatake in about 5 minutes, and there are not many guest rooms, so it was nice to be able to take a relaxing bath in the hot springs.

I used it for one night during a three-day holiday. I went there expecting it to be crowded, but from check-in to check-out it didn't feel that crowded and I had a very relaxing and wonderful time. As for meals, both dinner and breakfast went smoothly as each customer had their own time slots so that it was reasonably possible to serve them. The taste was also delicious. As for the bath, I had read reviews that people who live in condominiums also use it, so I thought it would be crowded, but it was reserved for most of the night and morning. However, regarding the baths, I have one piece of advice for those who are about to go there. The hair dryer is so weak that it only creates a gentle breeze. And the changing room is hot. If you use the hair dryer here, you'll end up sweating again! So I went back to my room and used the hair dryer in my room, but since this is a Panasonic blast, I recommend going back to your room and drying it even if it's a little wet. Additional towels are available for a fee, so if you take a bath in the morning, don't forget to dry the towels you used at night. Regarding access, it was about a 5 minute walk from Yubatake. However, the slope is relatively steep, so it gets a little more spirited. The number one thing that I liked about this hotel was the thoughtfulness of the front desk staff. When deciding on a dinner time, they suggested a time to match the illumination of the Yubatake field, and when I wanted to go out in the rain, they brought an umbrella, which may be commonplace at a hotel. I was so happy with their thoughtfulness that I would like to go again.

Before my stay, I wanted to confirm something, so when I called, the man who answered the call was very pushy and made me feel uncomfortable. When I visit, they give detailed explanations about check-in, but they don't stop explaining things even though my child is moving around and I'm tired and want to get into my room as soon as possible. When I finally got into my room, as soon as I put my luggage down, the air conditioner leaked a lot of water, staining my clothes.Even when I say, ``My clothes are dirty,'' she just nods and says, ``Yes?'' Trouble's operation is too bad. I was feeling completely exhausted from the trip, so I decided to stop staying and check out, but only one of the people there apologized profusely, and the others seemed to be glaring at me.I was trapped in a bad hotel and was physically and mentally exhausted.

First of all, the staff at this hotel are absolutely wonderful and friendly while maintaining perfect professionalism. I advise you to know a little Japanese but they will put you at ease and communication went well despite my slightly weak Japanese. The rooms are spacious and absolutely wonderful. Breakfast is also delicious. I have pleasant memories of this stay.In addition, the hotel is located near the center which allows you to efficiently visit this magnificent village.I absolutely recommend, I even want to go back.

I'm a repeater. This time I was able to bike by myself. The previous day's forecast said it would be sunny, but it rained that day! I started out with a light downpour, but while I was taking a break at Beisia in Nakanojo, it turned into a real downpour!I hurriedly took out my raincoat and managed to arrive at the hotel around 1pm. I explained the reason and was asked to dry my raincoat in the lobby until check-in. I parked my bike in a covered parking lot to protect it from the rain. So, I borrowed a small umbrella and took a walk around the Yubatake area.thank you for helping me.The room this time was about half the size of the last time, but it was clean and had a nice view. The food was delicious and the staff were courteous and nice. I'll visit you again.First of all, the location. I wasn't expecting a great view since it was on the 12th floor of a large resort building on a hill, but it was a good location overlooking the Kusatsu Hotel. I am also very impressed with the staff's response. Since it's Kusatsu Onsen, the baths are good, and the food is delicious and the kaiseki portions are large, so you'll be satisfied. The room is spacious and clean. There is a level of fulfillment that exceeds the cost.Because it is on a hill, you will need to climb up and down a steep slope to reach the Yubatake and the western riverbed. There is no bathtub in the room.

Many of the staff members are from other countries, but they all worked hard to serve the customers and made me feel happy. Both dinner and breakfast are delicious and excellent. It is not recommended for people with weak legs, as you have to climb a hill to get to and from Yubatake and Sainokawara. Because it is a little far from the center, it was quiet at night and I was able to sleep peacefully.
