Incredibly friendly & helpful staff. The owner greeted me personally and was just such a warm-hearted, nice person. The little Cafe they have in the front of the hotel had delicious smoothies and drinks. My only issue with this hotel and why i can‘t give a full 5* are the rooms and the noise level. When i first checked in, my room was directly on the street side, which is a very busy street with lots of traffic. The noise was so loud, that i asked to change rooms if possible. Luckily for me, there was another room available for me to switch and the other room was much better and quieter.Though, some other guests might not be as lucky and it seems like the 4 rooms which are directly on the street side will always be loud. So if you‘re unlucky and get one of those rooms, it‘s gonna be noisy.Only complaint about my room was that the bed / mattess was rather hard so i woke up with slight lower back pain in the morning. As contrast, the pillows were very comfortable and the best i had between all hotels i‘ve been to so far in Thailand. I‘d suggest replacing the matress at some point to offer a more comfortable sleeping experience for the guests. Moreover, my shower had trouble of keeping a constant temperature. It was either way too hot, that i had to turn it down, but then it got very cold. So i mostly showered cold because it took a long time to get hot water again.Otherwise rooms were very clean and well thought out!I enjoyed my stay at the Peaberry Boutique Hotel and would recommend it to others if you aren‘t as sensitive to traffic noise or can ask for a quiet room.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms, relaxed patio, and with cheerful and really helpful host. The place is in walkable distance of inner city and is a few minutes by taxi from the airport. Only thing is that it's locates just next to the busy road so you can hear traffic there.

The host was great - very smooth communication, extremely helpful. The hotel was clean, tasteful, we liked the lobby. We also appreciated the breakfast at the cafe (20% off for hotel guests) and a free drink. The location is excellent - within the city walls but right on the edge. The bathroom featured a shower that actually had some water pressure and a proper big showerhead :) Three only downside is that we had a room with windows facing a very busy road so we could hear the traffic.

Had an amazing stay! Rooms are very comfy, spacious and clean and felt very safe with the cafe and coworking space doubling as a lobby area. Option for laundry service. Awesome staff. Location is very convenient in the old city and also close to Nimman by grab or bike.

Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and there is a great cafe next to the entrance too, highly recommend their food and drinks.Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious although during hot climate can be hard to cool down the room due to the room size. The resident cat (Luna) is an adorable furball that's friendly and enjoys being pet, keep an eye out for her laying about and be sure to show her some love too!Location is in the main square so it is bound to be a bit noisy at night, but shouldn't be a problem if you aren't a light sleeper. Location is otherwise great, not too far from restaurants and other activities.(No parking lot however, I recommend walking or taking taxi, or hoping that there's parking space out front of hotel.)Overall, very nice hotel and wonderful owners, I ended up booking an extra night at this wonderful hotel!

I stayed at the Peaberry twice during a trip to Asia and it was without a doubt the best hotel I stayed at. The hotel is modern, nicely decorated, the rooms are clean, the shower is great and it is in a quiet location that isreally close to Birds Nest Café and Ayutthaya Cuisine - two of the best local spots in Chiang Mai.What sets this hotel apart from the others is the staff. From the second you arrive to the moment you leave (and even after), you will be treated like family. Everybody there is so welcoming and friendly - Sunisa (the manager) and Nat are always happy tohelp with general needs and give recommendations, Ann (the tour guide) will happily help with any planning or transport and there is a small café inside the hotel with great coffee and an adorable cat.The new owners Galal and Liya have done an incredible job with Peaberry. I will definitely be back here and could not recommend it more.
