Location was great, very close to most places. There’s only Family Mart nearby tho, you have to walk a bit for 7eleven or Lawsons. Windows are frosted so there’s really no view, but the corridor has a really nice view of the skytree. Close to subway.BUT the room was small and not very clean. I know japan hotels tend to have small rooms but this room in particular, the arrangement of the furniture was bad enough that there’s really no space to open up a luggage. The bath keeps clogging. I checked under the bed and there were a lot of trash there. Cleaning is by request, and they dont vacuum/sweep the floor. Out of 4 receptionists, only the male gaijin was kinda friendly, the rest were not very friendly or helpful.

Female front desk staff Always acting dissatisfied Do not chat with guests who come to stay. It is considered lower than the service standards in Japan. The rooms are worth the price. Not too cheap and not too expensive. When booking through Agoda, the price was approximately 1,900 THB. / Night, considered acceptable. What was okay was the view from the hotel. Overlooking the Tokyo Skytree

The room is nice and clean.I was left with a good impression as they were polite and cheerful when answering the phone. However, the pillow smelled like a half-dried rag, so I deducted a lot of points.

Family trip to Tokyo, accommodation from 8/29-9/2, five days and four nights. It was the first time I encountered such a bad service in a hotel and it was in Tokyo, Japan!Day2The air conditioner in the room drips water onto the clothes in the suitcaseAfter the reaction, it was said that it was caused by the alternation of hot and cold water droplets.Unrepairable 😡Day3In order to find the child’s lost bath ball toyLie down and look under the bed on both sidesIt’s full of dust and countless garbage down there 😡Day4This time it’s even more ridiculousWe went out at 9:30 in the morningWhen I returned to the room at 9pm, I found that the door latch was locked backwards. The light is still on😡We guess the cleaning staff didn't close the door after cleaning.Reply after reaction counter1. Hotel housekeeping is outsourced and has nothing to do with the hotel😡2. Unable to contact supervisor 😡3. There are no monitors in the corridor😡Damn it! ! I’m about to squirt when I hear that~💣💣All I can say is this is the worst accommodation experience I have ever had😡😡😡😡Not to mention whether things were lost, I don’t know how many mosquitoes flew in just by keeping the door open all day🤷‍♀️Who can be responsible for the tender skin of children? Now it seems like I can't do anything except being angry! ! It’s surprising that we encountered such exaggerated accommodation quality in JapanPlease don't tolerate this bad hotel!
