Rooms okay... except for the different mattresses and stained sheets.If you don't have a lot of demands, this is the right place for you. Unfortunately the price is too high. We were glad we didn't book breakfast. 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Breakfast, at 8 a.m. someone comes with the rolls 🤔 The staff is friendly :-)

So worst hotel ever. If I could give negative points I would do it!!!! The rooms were dirty, stains on the upholstered bed, burn hole in the mattress, bed sheets were way too short, a lot of things were defective. Beds weren't made, towels weren't new, despite that Smoking is banned, the room smells like a bar, the bathroom is full of water when you take a shower, then the huge patio window that ends in a covered terrace and everyone has access to the littered terrace. So it's impossible to leave it to get some fresh air, unless You like it when every stranger can come into your room like that. And much more. In the hotel you can catch all the diseases that exist and that you can still reinvent. Never again!!! It wasn't worth the 90 euros. Breakfast was a disaster.

Never again! The hotel is tragic. Hotel confirmed my arrival time via booking.com. Upon my arrival the front desk was empty, the doors were locked, no one answered the door bell and no one answered the calls. I tried to reach them for 30 minutes, booking.com support tried for another 30 minutes without success. Worst experience ever

The hotel is located directly in Mannheim's inner city, which is the biggest advantage besides the very reasonable price. The rooms are quite narrow, and the shower in my room was broken and the cabin wasn't completely sealed so something leaked out. I would only book this hotel if you are only staying there to sleep.

A terrible stay. But let's start with the positive: The bed linen was clean. But everything else was pretty modest. The room furnishings are quite run down and absolutely in need of renovation. There was also no soap. At least there were shampoo samples that we used but it was a bit ridiculous. At checkout it was claimed that I couldn't see my payment via the booking portal and that I should pay the full amount and clarify this with the booking portal afterwards. I actually wanted to use wallet credit for the booking, which was then refunded to my wallet. This credit expires in one year...

Dirty. Suddenly there are traces of lipstick and smoke in the room after being at an event. Hair on the bed, drain extremely clogged, everything calcified, walls smeared. Balcony is 10 cm of air up to the roof. “Cleaning ladies” (calling them that is actually an insult to the profession) knocked me out of bed one day, and the next they suddenly appeared in the bathroom while I was getting ready. Just to ask if I need fresh towels! There are no signs for the doors, the staff only understands German to a limited extent. Smoke detectors have been removed everywhere.

Rooms smell like smoke. (Employees appear to smoke in the rooms). Was greeted in the room by a cut open Capri Sun packaging with cigarette butts.Service is rude and claims it doesn't smell like smoke.The walls and the whole room are dirty and the furniture is beyond worn out!1 star is still too much!

The area around hotel is quite good all attractions quite close. The location in the hotel was catastrophic, at the reception we were assured of a room with two beds and a terrace. We got a room in the basement with a backyard where the garbage cans are (terrace🤣🤣).Condition of the room:Stains on the headrest of the bed, stains and damage to the wall covering (including blood stains), damage in the bathroom, 2 sinks, only one of which works, the shower drain does not work optimally, bathroom under water after showering. The bathroom also hadn't been cleaned for a long time, there were limescale stains and damage everywhere. The entrance door to the room was broken open several times, with clear signs of break-in.Positive:Staff is friendlyThe area is fineThere are enough sockets in the roomThere is WiFiThe price is fairly reasonable and the bathroom would be very large if it weren't so dirty

Paid 69 euros for 2 people...cheap but unfortunately not worth the money...room was dirty and 50% of the bathroom wasn't functional...sink without water...water drain in entire bathroom...everything just doesn't run everywhere In the end...we were given a balcony with a view then it was a terrace and the terrace was a place to store garbage cans and in the end it became a basement room with 2 skylights...very bad...room door had signs of being broken... The only positive thing was the location...

Good overall package. Cheap for what it offers, everything you needed was there and the cleanliness was also satisfactory. The location is central, but there are still enough parking spaces on the side street (but with a parking permit).
