Reception is on the 1st floor. You can leave your luggage in the room next door, the breakfast room. An impertinence for older people and people with large luggage. The staff at reception only do their job according to the rules. No concierge, no help with luggage.Little parking space in the yard for €20 a night. There were no amenities in the bathroom except hand soap. For breakfast you have to sign on a list the night before. At 9:50 there was no longer any access to breakfast. The room on the ground floor next to the entrance was extremely noisy. You can hear every guest coming and going. The highlight was that at 6:09 in the morning the laundry service pushed all the transport scales in the hallway over the doorstep, so that the noise and vibrations that you can feel all the way to bed make you fall out of it.When I complained at check out I was told that I had to send my complaint in writing via email. When I insisted on speaking to a manager they said there was no one there. I then insisted on a call. The manager was at least friendly on the phone, but instead of apologizing or offering compensation, my complaint was dismissed as "That couldn't be right" and I was referred back to a written complaint.About an hour after checking out we realized that we had forgotten a Oktoberfest heart in the room. When I came back to pick it up I was given the key and told to look it up myself. But the room was already newly prepared. Then I had to wait for someone who didn't introduce themselves to me by name or function. This gentleman then told me that a Oktoberfest heart was food and was thrown away. Everyone knows that Oktoberfest hearts, which are 100% hygienically packaged, are souvenirs; no one eats these hearts. A call or email pointing out the forgotten item is actually standard, but not here. When I wanted to leave, I said that I definitely wouldn't come back because of what had happened here. The man then wanted to know what else had happened. I said I had already cleared this with the manager. He still wanted to know. So I described the incident in the morning. Then I was implicitly accused of being a liar, that couldn't be true, etc. So, that's where my hat string burst. I was then thrown out. I just said it was unnecessary, I wouldn't set foot in this house again anyway. So, every professional hotel would take a guest's complaint seriously and apologize deeply for such incidents and offer compensation.I travel internationally a lot and spend 3-6 months a year in hotels, but I have never experienced such unfriendly staff. For the money I paid here, you get 5 star plus hotels in Asia, with a service that this hotel has no idea about. The management would do well with an educational trip to other hotels in an international comparison.

The location is good but that's about it. Reception very unwarm and cold. No “Hello, nice to have you here” etc. You had to pay in advance, which I hadn’t had before. You actually pay at checkout. Now about the rooms. The hotel is very old and there is already a smell in the hallway, which I find terrible. The room wasn't nice, the mattresses are better in every youth hostel. The sink was in the middle of the room next to the TV, which I didn't find nice either. Room wasn't really clean. Mirror dirty, dust in the corners etc. There was a smell of urine in the bathroom. For €120 a night that's a disgrace and there are much better hotels in Munich for the money. For me the first and last time. Too bad

Room was spacious, clean and adequately equipped. We only discovered a strange hair on the bed, but that can happen. The reception at the reception was cold and not particularly friendly. The location and public transport connections of the hotel are really good. The subway and tram are only 5 minutes away. There are also several different cafes and restaurants around the hotel.Only the restaurant's breakfast leaves something to be desired. The selection is small. There was no vegan option, apart from jam. Little was added. The fruit was not fresh and some of it was even moldy. The soy milk was sour.We would come back for an overnight stay, but we would skip breakfast.

Fairly OK for one night. Large, spacious room, but the bathroom is relatively small. Good location, just a few minutes walk to the University subway. The night was pleasantly quiet there. When it comes to cleanliness there is clearly room for improvement, there were obvious cobwebs in every corner of the room 🫣

The hotel was nicely situated with lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The rooms were clean and there was A/C. The staff was very helpful and could speak English. Lastly the breakfast options were fine with salty and sweet options. Very nice stay !

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable room. On the other hand, not bike friendly. Not much to secure the bikes and not possible to put them in the rooms. Damage.
