The very last and worst thing I have ever experienced... the situation is of no use. Dirty, TV broken and I'd better not write anything about the parking spaces that are provided. We actually wanted to spend the night there but at 10 p.m. we decided to drive 600 km home... it's better to sleep in the car before you book this shop... Unfortunately I had to click a star otherwise I couldn't post

Clean, good rooms, good soap in the toilet, check in is pleasant. The connection to the U2 is pleasant and there is also a Rewe opposite. There is even a beer vending machine with acceptable prices.

We were very satisfied! The staff was very nice, even at a late hour. Our room was clean and everything we needed was there. The kitchenette is minimalistically equipped and is enough for 1-2 days. Nice balcony and a quiet location. Supermarket directly opposite and subway within walking distance. Recommended for a short vacation.

Location is very good with a 5 minute walk from the underground. Rooms are small and worn. Pillows are weird with twice the size of a normal one. Where the reception is nice and cool, the rooms do not have airco and are very warm in the summer. No cleaning if you stay more nights. The double beds can be separated into twins.

Location and connection good, staff nice. The house and rooms seem cheap and shabby. Mold stains in the shower. And there was strange air in the rooms - maybe house dust or something else? We all struggled with headaches and stuffy noses.Therefore: not recommended

The location of the hotel is good, restaurants and supermarket right around the corner, public transport within walking distance. The area seemed quiet. The only negative point is the cleanliness of the rooms. Bed linen and towels were new, otherwise there was dirt in every corner and even an unfinished packet of biscuits in the kitchen. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning or fan. The staff is nice.

The room I got was in a really bad condition, the bed was uncomfortable and the rooms had no air conditioning. The only plus is the location. Poor soundproofing in the room, you can hear literally everything, no parking. The only plus is the location

Probably one of the worst places to stay in München. I had a 28-day stay there and it is sad to say the least to know that I paid 700 euros for the right to stay in a room whose sanitation left much to be desired.Supposedly a cleaning was carried out every 15 days, but in reality they only left a few change sheets on the beds; and worst of all, the beds had bed bugs, I realized this last night as my roommate experienced it; However, this was the perfect explanation for the bites that appeared all over my body during that month. Additionally, they have a terrible internet service and everything is generally precarious.Bottom line, no one who cares the slightest bit about cleanliness and comfort should stay here.

My friends and I stayed here for two weeks. First, the location of the hotel is amazing, the neighborhood is quiet. In the hotel you have all the conditions for living. You don't need to bring anything but your positive energy ;)The rooms have kitchens and toilets, the beds are comfortable. You can rent kitchen utensils.You can breathe fresh air on the terrace.You also have machines for washing and drying clothes.And most importantly, the staff, especially Vlatko Spirkoski, is available 24/7. He was there for whatever we needed and has an answer to every question, he tries to make you have the best stay in the hotel and leave from there with good memories and desire to come again. Warm recommendation for the hotel! :)

An apartment-style hotel with a balcony in every room and decorated like a Japanese rental apartment. The apartment smelled great, filled with the scent of the laundry room downstairs. The apartment is clean and stylish. The only drawback...the clock opposite rings on the hour, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes... Passengers who go to bed early or get up late should consider this.
