A bit tired but clean. Comfortable as long as you just need to sleep in a hurry. Paid in cash, no cards and is a bit far from the nearest eatery. Acceptable.

Very cozy accommodation! The accommodation is a "converted" 3-room apartment with a kitchen and bathroom, but when I stayed there it was very quiet and everything was well maintained and clean.The three bedrooms each had a smart TV and WiFi connection.The location is a little outside the city center and therefore most of the shops are further away (about 45 minutes walk to the city)

We didn't get the room as agreed, on the other hand there was no breakfast nor was it paid for, on the other hand the apartment was dirty and disgusting...... and there was no money back either.We also paid more than what is shown on the internet......I definitely cannot recommend this

Comfortable beds, TV OK, Internet OK and that's it, dingy, shared bathroom, paid towels, no parking even though it was in the description, generally for those who are not picky and don't demand luxury and like creaking floors, I recommend it, thank you

We booked a one-night stay two months ago as a stop on our bike tour. Now, FOUR DAYS before we were supposed to be there, we were canceled because someone else wanted to stay longer... An outrage, and we are faced with the problem of finding new accommodation for four days...!We've been doing this for years, but we've never experienced anything so unreliable!

Dear Sir, we treated you kindly from the very beginning, but you have misleading information on booking.com. We clearly requested that we need to accommodate 7 people in one building, but you accommodated four of us in your house and the other three we went for an apartment in the city that you own, and since we are seven people in one car, we could not afford to live separately because it was inefficient and time-consuming for us from the point of view of transport, so I will only add this - you behaved improperly, misled us in email communication and you did not comply with our request, which is unacceptable for me and I have never encountered this through booking.com and I have already traveled all over Europe but I have never encountered this approach, thank you never again and for me and my colleagues I do not recommend greetings Peter-Slovakia 👋

It's a basic AirBnb or short term rental, but beware of telling Tengo your long term plans or he'll jack up the rental rates and you have to haul your luggage all around Salzgitter.Anyone who's staying there is pretty much working nearby and he'll try to exploit your unfamiliarity with the area with charging for everything.Shady 3rd world mentality.Edit: see the response from Tengo. Exactly proves his shady and bad attitude towards people who are looking for short term accommodations and then think of ways to extract money from you.Also, the internet doesn't work in the evenings for whatever reason, so you're forced to sit around and just watch boring standard German TV.
