Never this hotel again – disappointing service!I had booked a room but had to cancel my trip due to a car accident. I requested the cancellation 5 days before the planned stay and asked for a discount. Unfortunately, after 4 days I received no response and in the end I had to pay 200 euros for the cancellation. This is absolutely outrageous, especially since I wanted to cancel in good time. The handling of customer inquiries is disappointing and the service leaves a lot to be desired. I will definitely not book this hotel again!

Room booked with booking, dated building with minimal service. Clean room but without any notable amenities. No hairdryer, satellite TV, basic European breakfast. Close to bus stops and the place where I needed to go.

Without exaggerating it... checked in, enjoyed the whorehouse atmosphere of my room, opened the door, closed it again, went straight to the car with my suitcase and drove away again without saying anything. This “accommodation” is clearly in the top league of the worst ever.

Room very clean, but small(I couldn't fully open my suitcase anywhere except on the bed) and the price was way too high, at least when I was there. The staff was super nice and the breakfast had everything you needed to be full and satisfied.Would come again if it was less expensive as the location was good for me, despite the street noise. It has everything you need

Everything OK. The old building has a certain charm, but in summer when the temperatures are high without air conditioning, it could get very warm in the rooms. Breakfast was great and the service too.

The hotel is a bit old, the room furnishings are simple but sufficient. The rest of the ambience is more like the 80s.But, everything is clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is ok.The only thing that is no longer appropriate in a hotel today is the shower curtain in the bathroom. All in all, a cheap hotel that is sufficient for one or two nights in Berlin.

We booked a double room for one night. Everyone has the choice between budget (=small, bed 1.40) and standard (=normal size, bed 1.80 wide) - we chose standard. The room is simply and functionally furnished. The beds are comfortable. The shower has a lever and therefore stable hot water. I know that there is an intersection in front of the hotel when I book!!!The breakfast buffet is completely sufficient (cold meats, cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, eggs, herb quark, meat salad, whole grain bread, muesli...) and is constantly replenished. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The charm of the 70s is maintained, which I find very nice. There are sufficient parking spaces available free of charge.

The hotel seems to have had its best days behind it. It felt like a journey back in time to past decades, but not in a positive sense.+ The rooms are clean+ The staff is nice0 The breakfast is reminiscent of a youth hostel from 20 years ago, but is ok (just a little expensive)- No fridge, safe or air conditioning in the room- Very warm in summer, windows cannot be opened due to street noise- Water temperature fluctuates when showering, adjustment via two rotary knobs

Very good breakfast but minus the cold water when washing and the fridge in the room that doesn't cool and no air conditioning on hot days
