The rooms are too old but some are ok seems to be clean but somehow you feel that it is dirty
The Hotel is small has 10 rooms and i wouldn’t recommend it because it is old and doesn’t deserve to pay like 70 to 80 euros per night

"I had a wonderful stay at amaya Motel The location is just perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly staff, who was always ready to help with any questions or requests. The breakfast was rich and delicious, ideal to start the day. I can only recommend this hotel and am already looking forward to my next visit!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Motel Amaya and my stay was truly outstanding - not least thanks to the fantastic service from Hassan, one of the staff. As soon as I checked in, I was warmly greeted by Hassan, and it was immediately clear that a lot of value is placed on hospitality and professionalism.Hassan was incredibly attentive throughout my stay, patiently and kindly answering each of my questions. Whether I asked for restaurant recommendations in the area or needed assistance with a small request, he was always there to make sure I was comfortable.I was particularly impressed by his helpful and courteous nature. It's often the little things that make a stay special - and Hassan didn't overlook details like these. An example: When I arrived at the motel exhausted after a long trip, he proactively offered to help me with my luggage and immediately gave me tips on where I could find something to eat nearby. It was obvious that he really cares about the guests' well-being.The Motel Amaya itself is very cozy and clean, and the facilities leave nothing to be desired. But it was the service from Hassan that really made my stay unforgettable. In an industry where interpersonal contact often makes the biggest difference, Hassan takes the experience to a new level. I was there last weekend with a friend and received a very friendly welcome from Elias. Rooms very clean and bed very comfortable. I was even allowed to park in the backyard for free. Elias best man even helped with parking because it was very tight😀😀

The location is great, the rooms are nice and comfortable and above all the staff is top notch. If I come back to Berlin, I will definitely book this accommodation again. I felt very welcome and in good hands, very familiar. I suspect the accommodation is a family business and they do it very well 😊💯

Very nice and friendly service. Rooms clean and nice. Street a bit noisy. A coffee machine is available for guests. We were there for one night and it is perfect for that.

Very lovingly, carefully and friendly run, you can feel that someone has an eye for details. In the area you can quickly get everything you need, and there are very good connections to public transport. Always provide guests with enough coffee and treat them with consideration. You feel good.

Hassan welcomed us like old friends. We had rooms 9+10. Parking in the backyard was possible free of charge. Of course not everything is perfect, the windows can only be opened slightly, the toilet doors in the right part of the building are a bit stuck and it's not always quiet. But everything was clean and overall a very pleasant stay. We will come back in any case.
