There was everything we needed to stay overnight: a clean room, a comfortable bed, shower with toilet in the room, TV, desk and WiFi; a quiet area, in the immediate vicinity a small park with a historic stadium; a convenient location - only about 500 meters from the main train station.The whole thing was rounded off with a varied breakfast buffet.

Not far from the train station and still not aware of any of the train station trouble.The rooms and everything are very clean.The service is great. The employees there are all very hard working and take care of every single guest. I found it very nice to observe what a great team the service staff is (2 young men, one of them deaf and mute)🫶Unfortunately, I got sick and couldn't sleep well at night so I was very tired in the morning. For a small fee I was allowed to stay an hour longer and lie down again. Thank you again for this.☺️It's the second time I've been here and I'll definitely come back because on top of all that there's a great price.I just wanted to briefly mention that everything is wheelchair accessible because it is normal in this hotel.😉😊

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Rossi in Berlin and will definitely return!-The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The service was flexible, making sure all our needs were met. We really appreciated learning about the concept of an Inklusionhotel and will definitely seek out similar places in the future.-The location is very convenient, just a short 10-minute walk from the Central Station (Hauptbahnhof).- The rooms were super clean and well-distributed. We took the smallest room type, and we fit comfortably. The space is well distributed with smartly designed storage solutions. As architects we loved the lobby and restaurant space!- As Spaniards, we loved the food. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering everything from fresh bread, cheeses, hams, and honey, to eggs with bacon, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Both vegetarians and non-vegetarians will find plenty of options to enjoy.Highly recommended! We’ll stay here again for sure!

I stayed at Hotel Rossi in Berlin from September 19–22, 2024, as an invited delegate by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. My overall experience was mixed, with both positive and negative aspects. I believe the quality of the experience heavily depends on the staff at reception.*Positive experiences:1. The hotel's location is excellent, just a short distance from Berlin Hauptbahnhof, making it convenient for travelers.2. Most reception staff spoke English fluently, which made communication easy and stress-free.3. The rooms were clean, and the hotel provided a nice venue for hosting a conference.*Areas for improvement:1. The bathroom in my room felt a bit cramped, with the basin located inside the main room. This design made it easy for water to splash onto the floor, creating a potential slip hazard if not careful.2. The most significant issue arose during check-out. The Humboldt Foundation had informed us that our check-out time would be after lunch at 14:00, instead of the usual 11:00. However, on the day of departure, the receptionist was insistent that we vacate the rooms by 11:00. Many of us had not packed yet, assuming we had until 14:00. This misunderstanding led to an uncomfortable situation.The receptionist was particularly inflexible and, in my view, unnecessarily rude. Despite the fact that the hotel had many available rooms, he demanded an additional fee for allowing us to check out by 12:30 (not even the expected 14:00). Some guests paid the fee; I did not and unfortunately ended up missing the first session of the conference. I am not even sure if the guy at the reception is allowed to charge us legally for an extended 1.5 hr.This poor communication could have been handled much better. The hotel should be more considerate when hosting events, especially when arrangements have been made through a third party. Rushing guests to check out without clear communication could result in missed items or disrupted plans.

The hotel is located near the main train station. Subway station about 10 minutes walk. The parking situation can be described as difficult as there is no dedicated parking space.Rooms are well equipped, a bit small - but perfectly fine for a short stay.

We (couple, 2 dogs) spent a long weekend in Berlin. Access to the hotel from the Berlin HBF was great. 10 min walk and we were there. Very warm and friendly welcome. As expected, the room was not yet available (10:00 a.m.). Dropped off our suitcase at the hotel and went on our first tour of Berlin. At 11:00 a.m. there was a call from. Hotel, room ready. Room itself very clean and large. Bathroom absolutely clean and well maintained. The hotel's kitchen is a poem. Breakfast very varied. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is excellent for someone who can still walk well. In 20 minutes at the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate. Actually, I shouldn't praise it so much because otherwise there is a risk that it will always be full when we go back to Berlin, but a hotel of this quality with inclusion as a maxim simply has to be promoted to the public.

Cinderblocky but with a pretty terrace and very good breakfast. Wouldn’t want to spend an entire vacation in a room of this size but perfect for a rail layover. I can recommend the restaurant for dinner too.
