A catastrophic experience, to be absolutely avoided!I couldn't even stay at the Guest House Amsterdam as the hotel was so unsanitary. When we arrived, the room was in a deplorable state: stained sheets, dirty floor, uncleaned dust, and a bathroom infested with mold with a door that did not close. As an allergic person, it was impossible for me to stay in this environment which put my health at risk. The staff on site were extremely rude and not at all professional. They didn't even say hello to us when we arrived, which immediately added to our discomfort. We therefore preferred to leave the hotel without even spending the night there, and we found ourselves without accommodation solutions abroad, which is simply unacceptable. We lost time, money on transportation, and suffered enormous stress to end up staying outside rather than in this unsanitary place. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Booking should not even allow this establishment to remain on their platforms.

We stayed there for only 2 nights and 7 people got sick because of the dirty commodities. You pay for a place to sleep and that's sort of what you get, dirty blankets, madrases and dirty bathrooms.

Good in comparison to a crackhouse. Bedsheets dirty, restroom uncomfortable, had to wait until 15:00 to settle in, WiFi does not work, location isn’t really bad but far from good, bedsheets are really dirty. Also at least half of positive reviews are fake.

One-Star ReviewThe rooms are small, and the pillows are dirty, causing allergic reactions in children. I stayed there for one day and hated my experience. This hotel made me dislike staying in hotels altogether.

Terrible!!!Very dirty, smells like urine everywhere. You receive the key in a run-down delivery restaurant. When we arrived in the room it smelled extremely. After we looked around, it quickly became clear where the smell was coming from. The mattresses had brown stains... The blankets, if you can call it that, also smelled anything but pleasant. There were also stains on the window where we didn't know where they came from. The fan was also broken and there were cables hanging out. There was also a free dead fly on my bed. There was urine in the sink in the bathroom. The shower was also completely calcified, dirty and smelled. The toilet was beyond dirty. There was poop on the walls...While walking up the stairs we found toenails on the floor. It was clear to us that we wouldn't sleep here at night! After we called the employee, it took ages for someone to come. Only after we informed booking.com about the circumstances did the owner come. He wanted to solve the problem. We went to the room and the bathroom together. He asked us to clean the stains. But it wasn't something that could have been sorted out in a short period of time. When I asked why there was poop on the wall he said “it's a hostel, it's normal” every time I showed him something dirty he said “I can clean it, it's okay” so I wonder why it wasn't clean to begin with , when you know new guests are coming... he also constantly said about the broken things “it's an old hostel”... unfortunately we didn't get the 320€ back because the accommodation was totally unreasonable. If you don't want any illnesses, it's better not to book here

Worst dump I've ever seen. Everything is moldy, unhygienic, stinks and there is stuff lying around everywhere. Check in takes place in a kebab shop??! instead of.Toilet and shower are unacceptable. As two women, we feel completely insecure. The window also doesn't close properly. We got a new room. If I could give 0 stars I would. In the backyard you have a nice view of the car wash
