The staff were absolutely gorgeous. So friendly and helpful, their attitude towards customers created such a welcoming atmosphere. For the price, our room was great!We stayed on the top floor and had a pretty decent view.The bed was super comfortable,the room had air conditioning and the room was clean. The shower was better than expected too! Black out curtains ensured a peaceful sleep for the 3 nights we stayed.The room could of done with a bedside table(there was a shelf on one side of the bed but nothing on the other) and maybe a bin for the main part of the room (there's one provided in the bathroom) but those are just minor things.Location is brilliant. Not directly in the city but its perfectly accessible via a 15/20 minute journey on the metro or tram which are located right outside.There's a supermarket Dirk next door and if you venture 5 minutes down the road you'll find loads of restaurants and the Miffy store (a personal favourite 🐇☁️)Have already recommend Motel One to friends visiting Amsterdam next month and my partner and I will definitely stay again.

Hotel at a decent level. Nice and clean room, comfortable enough. Wifi signal is strong. Slightly noisier air conditioning. Nearby is a store with a wide selection, a fitness center, a bicycle rental and a metro station.

Good location for conferences at Rai. Hotel itself is well finished but the rooms are unbearably hot. No windows to open and air-conditioning wasn't effective. It was also extremely hot in the reception/breakfast area too.

Overall, we are happy with our stay. Interior design is nice and the stuff is very friendly. We didn’t experience any problems with noise or anything else annoying. There are possible improvements to make, of course, but generally I would recommend this hotel

Very nice and clean hotel with a lovely staff, conveniently located nearby the metro station and options to shop groceries or eat out. The hotel is dog friendly and has a big parking garage, so you mustn't worry about finding a spot. We will come again!

I was actually really happy with the hotel. There are parking options (charges apply) and the connection to the network, especially to the city center, is more than satisfactory. Unfortunately, what struck me negatively was the friendliness of the employees. The rooms could also have been a little larger. What I also found to be a shame is that although a bathtub was advertised, it wasn't there.

Very clean rooms, although small. Staff is very friendly, and location is great as it’s just across the convention center. It is in the modern part of Amsterdam, but the metro stop is in the vicinity so it’s just a quick ride to see all of the tourist attractions.

We slept in both hotels in Amsterdam. Huge confusion every time at the reception (too little staff, too much traffic); we were given an unprepared, dirty room, there were no places for guests at breakfast; the rooms are miniature without the option of separate beds, there is no iron and kettle in the rooms. Poor value for money. There are better options.

The hotel and my room were very clean . The bedroom was quite small but ok for what I wanted it for but lack of a safe was very off putting. Breakfast was very basic but in fairness tasty and did the job. The staff were very helpful and as I was attending RAI the location was spot on. I would stay again if on business.

As always, great standard... compared to the trade fair, great. Raising the prices at trade fairs is certainly standard, but it's actually not good advertising for the Motel One.
