We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed ourselves. The location is perfect - within a 10 minutes walking distance of the Westminster Bridge, the Houses of Parliament and the Big Ben. Waterloo station is also within a 10 minutes walk. The cleanliness of our room was commendable. The air conditioning, comfortable beds, duvet and pillows all made for an enjoyable four night stay. If one is hellbent on nit picking, the rooms could be considered a wee bit small but are perfect. Also, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. During the rush hour at breakfast, the staff was polite and courteous and ever smiling, which made all the difference.Fantastic experience.Highly recommended.

I was a bit apprehensive about staying at a Premier Inn but it was very good. The room was on the 9th floor so there was a view. The room was very clean. Comfy beds and a great walk in shower. …

While on my first trip to England, I stayed at a Premier Inn, located in Waterloo (a five-minute walk from the London Eye). This hotel was recommended to me by a friend. I’m very glad I followed her advice. My room was excellent, with enough space for me to plan my trips around London and beyond, as well as to relax after the end of the day. There was also a restaurant on-site, serving both breakfast and dinner (I chose their free breakfast package, with its unlimited buffet style meal plan). The food was outstanding as well. However, it was Premier Inn’s staff that impressed me the most. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, they not only made my first trip to England a pleasant one, they practically saved my vacation by helping me through a mini-crisis.Despite having paid $100.00 dollars (₤77.00 pounds) to my cellular provider for extended roaming, I found myself without any phone service upon landing at Heathrow. What more, my laptop required two step authentication, the second being a text to my now unusable phone. The staff at the desk stepped up, however, and gave me advice on how to proceed. One clerk offered me the use of her phone to contact my phone provider, allowing me to use it for extended periods of time. Eventually, also with advice from staff, I was able to access my gmail account on my laptop, which allowed me to obtain reservations to various locales and, most importantly, to receive my return flight boarding pass.Their help relieved me of a considerable amount of stress and permitted me to visit the sites I wished to see while in London. So, if you plan to use Waterloo as a base for your London vacation, please book a room at Premier’s Westminster Bridge branch on York Road.

Very small rooms, which is to be expected in Europe. At the end of the day, there are two reasons to book this hotel: Price & Location. Price was super affordable and location was perfect!Unfortunately the front desk does charge you if you request to check in early even if your room is already ready. Depending on how much sooner you can check in, it may be worth it. We opted to check in early.

I am staying at the Premier Inn hotel at Waterloo for a visit to London with my 12 year old son. This hotel is great value for money. The room isn't big, but big enough for people who spend their days touring the city. The room itself is clean and the bed is very comfy (positively surprised me).The location is also great. A few minutes walk to Big Ben and close to 2 tube stations (Waterloo and Westminster). There is also an option for breakfast and dinner. We took the breakfast option. The variety in breakfast isn't very big, but if you compare it to the costs it is ok (kids don't pay so I payed just 13 pounds for the both of us). I would like some salad or more vegetables at breakfast though.

Great location, only a few minutes walk from Waterloo Station. Close to Westminster bridge. Worth booking a breakfast to get a deal on a evening meal. Beds comfortable, clean room. Hard working staff. …

Very well-located, and service-oriented hotel.||The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and spacious, with a bed that was beyond comfortable. The mattress was firm yet soft, and the pillows were perfect for a good night’s sleep, Breakfast offered a variety of options,Dinner was equally impressive.

Lovely hotel, the old hospital part has such great character and features. The rooms are really clean and air con works a treat. The staff are really friendly here too. Only minor very minor point is the dirty windows outside. Would be nice for the view to clean them regularly.
