A nice modern, comfortable and clean room in a great area. The room was tiny, but this was not a surprise as the hotel was very upfront about room sizes and rates.  …

Great location. No housekeeping until day 3. Quite noisy (noise from other rooms). Had a room without a window which was nice because no light to wake us up in the morning. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was tiny (have to open your suitcase on the bed). Bathroom tint but functional. Nice lighting.

Great location and fairly priced for where it is.. however its really limited. For example there are no cups, glasses kettle or tea coffee.. there are no seats in the room and the toilet in the bathroom is directly behind the end of your bed. It reminded me of a student dorm more than a hotel room. The continental breakfast was nice and wide choice

Clean and spacious enough rooms, bathroom and shower are quite big and nice.We had a room with a window, but we were unlucky enough to get close to a construction site, but since you are visiting London you might want to get up, get breakfast and start walking so not that big of an issue.Great service (asked for a couple of extra towels and we got them 2 minutes after).Quite close to a lot of nice pubs, less than 8 minutes walking from the metro station, and 15 from the tower bridge.Breakfast seemed very good, but we ended up not getting it.Definitely a good choice 👍🏼

To start with, the location and price of the hotel was excellent, and far cheaper than anything else I could find, even compared to travelodge etc.The double room was comfortable, clean and had a big window which was nice, I believe some rooms are inside and don't have any daylight. However the room was very hot, despite having air conditioning, this didn't seem to make much difference. The walls between adjoining rooms are very very thin and have almost no sound insulation. Also the rooms are very compact, meaning they can cram in lots and charge less - no problem for us, but for anyone on the larger side you will struggle to move around the room.Check in and out is 100% self service and rooms are serviced after 3 nights, so very little human interaction.

Great hotel, very tidy and fragrant rooms, very informative and helpful reception service. The breakfast is very tasty and looks great. The rooms are a little small, however they are perfect for those who plan to visit London and just use the hotel as a resting point, besides this I must point out that the bed was very soft and big! They also have a safe that you can use.

Small hotel with close access to the Subway. Small breakfast buffé but with all the necessary items. The room though... So small that we could not even keep one carry on bag open. No closet, so no chance to unpack. …

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the experience. The room was extremely small, leaving no space to open my luggage without blocking access to the bathroom or the door, creating a potential fire hazard. The bed sheets had yellow stains, and the pillowcase was also stained (photos attached).I had previously stayed at this hotel 5/6 years ago and at that time was given a complimentary upgrade to a nicer room, so this time was a letdown. When I brought the issue of space to reception, they were very apologetic but could not offer a room change that night due to lack of availability. The breakfast was decent with a selection of pastries, yogurts, and fruit. All the staff are friendly and hard working. They even provided hot water and honey for my sore throat, which I appreciated. The location is convenient, close to Liverpool Street Station and surrounded by nice markets and food places. However, due to the cramped room and overall discomfort and poor hygiene, I don’t think I will stay at this hotel again and would probably choose a different one in the future if staying in that area. While the staff suggested I email them for my next visit, I believe a gesture to acknowledge the inconveniences I experienced would be appreciated and most welcome. This would go a long way in restoring my confidence and willingness to stay at this hotel again in the future.Confirmation number: RL35934203

Rooms are very small, we couldn't walk between the end of the bed and the wall meaning that we had to climb over the bed to get to the ensuite. Air-conditioning does not work effectively, it was on and pumping air but no where near as cool as it should have been. Very hot night sleep. All other facilities used were good and the location is excellent. Let down by the air con and room size.
