My parents and I stayed at the Marriott London Count Hall for about a week and we had an amazing time! From arrival to the airport, to late night trips out of the hotel, to early morning breakfasts, the concierge helping us book activities, the entire staff was accommodating and extremely helpful with tips on what to do for our first time in London. The hotel property was absolutely stunning and was walking distance to everything you’d want to experience for your first time. We took Ubers to some of the further neighborhoods but we never paid more than 20 dollars for one. The rooms were extremely spacious and we had a great view of the London eye and Big Ben. The restaurant on the property was delicious and they also had high tea, that we unfortunately, did not get to experience. The Red hop on-hop off tour bus had a stop right in front of the hotel gates, which we took on our first day and was a perfect way to get the lay of the land (About 30 dollars per person). There are delicious restaurants and bakeries around the hotel (The Westminster Kitchen and Gail’s Bakery) and some street food vendors as well. You will also find souvenir shops, a pharmacy (boots), and a small grocery store around the corner as well (maybe a 4 minute walk) .We had a wonderful time in London and we are so happy we chose to stay at this property. You will not regret staying here!

Business travel and a busy week but from the time I stepped foot on the property it was an incredible experience. Had breakfast room service and Jestin was wonderful. Also dined at Gillrays and our server was amazing and provided an incredible experience for me and my clients. Highly recommend staying at this property.

The Hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, and in a fantastic location. However, the highlight of our stay is the amazing service provided by the staff. I would especially like to recognize Laura from Club M.  …

We had an amazing stay! Absolutely stellar from start to finish!! The hotel itself is incredibly gorgeous with classically appointed rooms. The staff is top notch—every person we encountered was super nice and helpful. The location is perfect; you are literally right next to the London Eye, and so quite in the thick of all of it, yet the hotel is situated in such a way that it’s set back a bit from the immediate street so you still get a sense of exclusion. It was an ideal, picture perfect place to stay in London with outstanding staff, and we hope to stay again!

Rooms are great but it’s a marathon to walk from the lifts - if you’re unlucky -. There should be open stairs for us to use, no point walking all the way to the lifts. Also the staff is slow at reception checking in, they didn’t even offer help to pick my luggage at the entrance. You can’t increase the room temperature at all, the A/C doesn’t do much really

This is now my most favourite Marriott hotel in London and I've stayed in 10+. Location is perfectly situated behind the London Eye and near buses and Westminster or Waterloo tube stations. A beautiful historical building with spectacular views.I had spontaneously booked this hotel for my girlfriend and I's anniversary / watching Taylor Swift's concert and the hotel went above and beyond with their service: they emailed me prior what we liked to eat and drink, and I also shared that my girlfriend liked white roses. When we checked in, we got upgraded to the Big Ben view. It was breathtaking! Not only that, in our room were sweets and wine + a bouquet of white roses, a red heart balloon, and to top it off: they left 10 Friendship bracelets to signify Taylor's concert which made my girlfriend and I tear up. It was a very memorable stay and we thank the staffs of London Marriott County Hall for going above and beyond for us. We can't wait to be back again!

The Marriott Hotel County Hall is about a 15 minute taxi ride away from St. Pancras International Railway. The location of the hotel is centrally located on the Thames river and perfect for exploring the city and seeing the sights. The room for my family of 4 was spacious and inviting. Our room had a wonderful view of the river and the Palace of Westminster off in the distance. The service staff was impeccable and very formal. The staff went out of their way to answer all our questions and even recommended a few local places we should visit that were off the beaten path.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

This hotel was the ideal location. Friendly, clean and amazing views from our room of Big Ben, Parliament and the Westminster Bridge. Included breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend, only wish we could have stayed longer.
