We had a great stay. George, the owner, is a great and charming man. It's cheap - we saved a lot money. I will recommend this place to people on a budget. The hotel is very close to the tube and other great fascilities. The hotel is located next to some great restaurants, pubs, shops etc

It's a 2 star hotel, but I have never stayed in a 2 star hotel, which is as bad as this one. Tiny room, small enough to make anyone feel suffocated, tired looking walls, door and carpet; an even tinier toilet, with a still tinier wash basin!!! One has to lean over the loo, to reach the wash basin...weird🙄! The dim light in the room kept flickering, the TV remote didn't work, the TV signal was horrendous and the list could go on.....Also, it didn't feel very safe, as my room was in the basement, next to some stairs, which led to a sort of broken down terrace like area, where anyone from the street could come in. You get some hand wash, a soap, toilet rolls and a towel. The bed sheets were clean, but wrinkly. The pros are a friendly receptionist called George and the good location. Plus there's a fan in the room, no kettle. The final straw was when the power went off, as I was preparing to leave. Even after half an hour, there was no electricity and so, I asked the manager for help. But they had no back up/ generator or even a torch. I used the torch on my phone, to get dressed etc. It has been a very traumatic experience overall. Best to pay more and stay in a better place.

Close to Metro. Had an room in the basement. Disaster room. Could not see one thing that was in order. Tiny room. Looks like a drunk had refurbished this room in 2 hours. Staff was very nice.

The bed linen and towels were clean and it was a great location. However I struggle to find anything else positive. It seems as if they have crammed as many rooms into the space as possible. …

The only advantage of this hotel is the location. The room I received was inconsistent with the offer I had presented when purchasing it, the room we were accommodated in was about 6 m2, it was stuffy, the window couldn't be opened, it was broken. However, the biggest problem of this hotel are the bedbugs that bit us severely. Despite reporting this fact to the hotel and Agoda, no one responded.

myself, husband and two children have just stayed at this hotel for two nights. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone at all. The beds were clean and the towels were fresh but that's where the cleanliness ended! …

Got a 3 bed room for 3 nights with 2 friends and really enjoyed our stay. Location is great to take the subway or walk into the city. Room and shared bathroom was clean and the staff was super friendly. Tube station right around the corner and a lot of restaurants and stores in the area. Also really safe neighborhood. Only downsides: room interior was not in the best shape anymore, beds not super comfortable anymore because they are probably a little bit old and the and the shower was either cold or way too hot with low water pressure. But for the really affordable price we got it for, it was absolutely fine. Wouldn't necessarily recommend for people who want a luxurious holiday but if you're in London for a few days on a budget and don't have high expectations this is the place to stay at! Thanks for the nice time!

For the price paid, nobody should have qualms. The metro station is a 3 minute walk and for two people via Agoda, we paid £35 for a double room with shared bathroom. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. For these prices it can only be 5/5.
