My daughter and I stayed overnight on Saturday. It is the second time we have stayed here, we enjoyed it the first time which is why we returned.  …

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and all in all it was nice. The rooms are small but cute, bed is comfy, fresh towels, shampoo and a body wash as well. The walls however are paper thin you can literally hear anything anybody does in the other rooms, I am a light sleeper so it was hell for me definitely avoid if you’re the same. The breakfast was sweet as well and I liked the basement kitchen area. I knew that location wise it was a bit far away from center that wasn’t my problem, the neighborhood is a bit scary however, I’d recommend you avoid if you’re a female on a solo trip, however there’s plenty of good restaurants around and a nearby local. Service wise the staff were really nice, but even though I put the do not disturb sign on the door my room was still cleaned twice which I honestly did not like I felt like my privacy was invaded, luckily nothing was stolen or something like that but I also didn’t leave any valuable things in the room. It was a lovely stay, liked the rooms, and the staff are nice and helpful.

This is a very lovely bed and breakfast. It’s a big old house that’s been renovated so don’t expect it to be like a chain hotel. I had a great experience here while visiting for a wedding. My room was small but comfortable and clean. The bathroom was small but modern. I sleep with earplugs so didn’t have noise issues despite being near the front door. The reception was very friendly and helpful. They gave me an iron to press my dress for the wedding. The breakfast is full of yummy local food. It’s located within easy walking distance from lots of shops and restaurants in Peckham, which is a diverse and vibrant neighborhood. I really enjoyed my stay here!

I stayed in the single room for 1 x night at the weekend. It was a great room. Did the job. Lots of towels, shower stuff, has a TV (I didn’t use), Aircon.Double bed in a small room (which I was happy with over a single bed) but it’s squeezed into a small space (which is also fine with me as I’m average size).Clean. Good location for where I wanted to go.*I’d like to add, after reading other reviews, if you book a hotel surely you 1. Check the location and 2. Look at the rooms? I knew I was getting a single small room with a double bed because I looked. I knew the location was far from the centre and not a direct line to say, King’s Cross, because I used google.Giving a bad review for things that are CLEAR by looking at the website or going on maps is bizarre.

Easy enough check-in, but unfortunately, the nights stay was horrendous. The room was very small. A small double bed with a side ways walk to be able to lay down. Bed was very uncomfortable. One small pillow each ( the ones you would use for a sofa) a couple of scatter cushions that looked like they needed a wash. We were situated on the ground floor near the dining area and outdoor smoking area. There were no blackout blinds so every time someone used this area the light came on. Wooden floors in the corridor which you could hear people walking up and down every door they went through, banged as it closed. Would not stay here again.

I booked a Delux room. Bearing in mind that some time ago I stayed in this hotel in normal room and it was fine. I decided to pay a little extra for more comfortable stay. This time, I had a room downstairs. …

First day as we arrived the bathroom was not cleaned at all. After i make reception know of this reality, they cleaned it (not everything, just what I mentioned). I think staff needs to care more about this and do it first time well.Bed was comfortable.Staff was nice and breakfast good for short stay.Good location for travelling to London, not really to explore Peckham itself.

Rooms were not as clean as I would have liked, especially the floor and the bathroom. We didn’t want to touch anything. Lady was slightly confrontational when we tried to check in and hit the buzzer. It was like the scene from Lord of the Rings

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. First, we had booked a room with a so-called "king size" bed but we ended up with a normal bed. Also, our first the reception being closed until 23pm we had to wait. I do not recommend this hotel which is located very far from the centre or 30 to 50 minutes by bus. In addition, the price for 3 nights is exorbitant given the level of the hotel. Only positive point, the receptionist and assistance are very responsive room was on the street. She was poorly isolated and we heard everything that was happening outside (located next to the police so we hear the sirens 20 times in 1 hour). So we asked to change rooms, this was granted to us. The second room very poorly insulated, we heard our neighbours as if they were with us in the room. Finally, on the last night, we were deactivated the room cards without explaining that another card was provided in a locker so that we could return in the evening, the reception being closed until 23pm we had to wait. I do not recommend this hotel which is located very far from the centre or 30 to 50 minutes by bus. In addition, the price for 3 nights is exorbitant given the level of the hotel. Only positive point, the receptionist and assistance are very responsive!

My room was literally 6" wider than my bed, with no room to unpack my suitcase or to retrieve my cat from it, let alone swing it.The bedroom wall was paper thin and my neighbour's snoring kept me awake, as presumably mine did him. The window blinds were inadequate and let the morning light in. Shampoo and body wash was provided in plastic sachets. I eschewed the optional 'breakfast' as clearly unworthy of the name.On the plus side, I didn't mind the impersonal key-coded entry system with staff absent most of the time. I thought my shower was large enough with good water pressure.Unfortunately there are very few hotels in the area. Next time it will be the Travelodge or an Airbnb.
