Stay here if you like to sleep with mice running round your room. Tbf they did move me, but refused a refund. ||||Tiny rooms, I could literally touch all four walls in my room, beds are pretty much camp beds with spring mattresses, no frills. ||Maybe a slight upgrade on a hostel. Location good and front of house friendly enough.

Rooms are dreadful. Especially if you can pay £30 more and stay in a decent hotel up the road.Avoid the bottom floor rooms, I did see a mouse as per the reviewer before me.Staff friendly and accommodating. Location is good.I guess you get what you pay for.

Booked ages ago for Bank Holiday weekend. Very good location, and with off street parking. Room was quiet, clean and fresh sheets and towels. Staff were helpful. Suggest taking a kettle, mug spoon and own tea and coffee. For the price in Central London it was OK. Bed not the most comfortable and decorated plain but if you go to London for the hotel room only than look elsewhere.

We searched 10 minutes to find out the entrance door,in Google map showing the location, but name board we can't see. No water to drink, no kettle to make a coffe or tea. Usually in all hotels there will be, so as we came from different country it was not a good experience. Next room doorsomeone opens ,we feel that someone opening out door. Saw even mouse inside room.

Good location on Sussex Gardens right next to a bus stop. Hyde Park pretty much within a walking distance. And tube not far away either on foot.Staff was friendly. Especially Shaan? (His name started with s) Allowed us to leave our luggage there after checking out for a few hours. Absolutely fantastic customer service by him.Room had a fan and a tv. No smart tv. No kettle.Got scared once early in the morning as someone entered the room next to us. It sounded just like someone was entering our room.

Budget priced room in a useful location for me. It was clean. The staff were friendly. There was an en-suite. There was a working tv. It didn't smell. Reasonably quiet. It was pretty much as you'd expect for a budget hotel. …

Absolutely awful place certainly isn’t a hotel. It’s more like a youth hostel we slept on metal put up camp beds, thin mattresses no facilities in the room whatsoever not even a plug in the sink. If you can afford to stay elsewhere, I would highly recommend doing so the second you leave your room. I want your key off you which my partner promptly told them no way that’s not happening. We have personal belongings in there so no only one little thin pillow on each bed, awful awful place there was scratches and names gouged into the woodwork on the shelf. Only one of the wall lamps had a bulb in it. The table was falling to pieces genuinely would not have stayed here at all if I’d of poked my head in the door first and had a look I would’ve quickly turned the other way, and stayed elsewhere at greater cost

Despite some negative reviews, we found our stay quite satisfactory, especially considering the affordable price and excellent location. The receptionist was consistently friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Surprisingly, the bed was quite comfortable, and the room was clean. We didn't hear much outside noise in our room. While the furniture may have been a bit outdated, it wasn't a significant issue. Our window, although lacking a spectacular view, let in ample natural light and could be opened for fresh air. What impressed me was the daily room cleaning service and fresh towel delivery. For a 2-star hotel, it exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, we felt safe throughout our stay, which is paramount. If you're looking for a place to simply rest and shower, I'd recommend this establishment. Overall, it was a decent experience and far from being as bad as some reviews may suggest.

It's cheap, but even for a cheap priced hotel, it's not good. Old and decrepit overall and the room is really small. Nothing good except the tube is really near.

The reviews definitely scared me but honestly, you can’t expect better for this price and the location is really good. The receptionist was always friendly and helpful, the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room was clean. I was really happy that we didn’t hear any of the outside noise to our room. The furniture is outdated and our bathroom light didn’t really work but it wasn’t that bad. Our window didn’t have a great view but it let in a lot of natural light and we could open it for fresh air. The room got cleaned every day around 3pm and they brought fresh towels every day. I recommend this place if you just need a place to sleep and shower. For a 2 star hotel it was okay and not at all that bad. We felt safe there and that’s the most important part.
