The hotel is awful and I wouldn't recommend staying here. The rooms are full of dust and there is an issue with bed bugs. There's also no heating, the only heating is from a small fan heater which was inadequate given that the windows don't close properly. The toilet in the room I stayed in didn't flush and there was no hot water. This was more of a museum than a modern hotel.

The staff there were great. No rattle snake. Not cockroaches. But the bed was dirty. The door service was epic. The bed was comfy. There was a TV. I did hear knowing on the walls, it was kinda creepy. I had great sleep. Toilet wasn’t stinky. Great time.

The bed was small. And i could fit very well. This hotel was made by a short person. Gotta love it! I'm very glad they did not have any coffe. U had to pay for the pillows. That is good. My review is 5 stars. Very good Hotel. I am very happy i paid money for this hotel room. I had to pay for oxygen. Best hotel ever!

Terrible. The building is next to the metro station (opened air). From the room I could ear all the voice announcements and trains. Absolut horror and no sleep. You can see the photo from the room to the metro station.

The room was very basic, frosted glass window, tube announcements every few minutes day and night. Shower small and shower head fitting not attached to wall.

From 2009 till now my place to stay in London is Hotel Sophia.||A hotel just two min from Paddington station with Easy access to any place in london .||Well Maintained Place with nice staff. Moderate Charges for the Room .||very near to bus stand , post office and all banks. with nice cuisines near by

It's very close to the train station, that's why I chose it.The hotel is very old. I wouldn't know if it's clean, because everything looks very old.The bed was clean.The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Building is old and not best shape. Even if outside is currently not very warm, heating seems to be not on. There are two extra heaters offered in room, which can help.Rooms are pretty small, but offer a place to sleep. Curtains are not really making room dark, as street lights are just other side of window. Had really problems to sleep. This issue ciuld be easily resolved with thicker and darker curtains.Street can be little noisy if one happens to be light sleeper.Toilet / shower is nothing special, but does the job. No problems, with warm water on morning in shower.Bead are not worts, at least for me. Sheets looked clean.To be honest, I perhaps waited even worse. There would be potential with some inside surface renovation and better furniture to make it 1 or 1,5 star better.

It’s a very cheap hotel, so it’s affordable, and offers the exact same services as very expensive hotels. It offers 24h service and really stands out from other hotels. The hotel staff make sure your room is very clean. I would 100% recommend visiting if you are a tourist.

The hotel was 50 yards from paddington station.the room was clean and comfortable.staff were pleasant and helpful.great location hyde park, piccadilly circus,oxford sreet ,many more place near to hotel and nice restaurant and local shop too.Hotle price is very reasonable overall everything was great.
