This place is good but nothing stands out.if i could give 3.5 i would, i don’t think its quite 4 stars but isn’t bad enough to be 3 stars. We were greeted reasonably quickly, they were friendly. The food was OK, but not impressive. As with every premier inn, the room was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the place was quiet and peaceful. The parking charge is extortionate however, this really needs to be changed.. the car park was never full.It should be free to guests and or at the most £2 a night.. i understand the inn don’t own the car park, but they should in my opinion.

Comfortable rooms. Pleasant and very helpful staff.|Good location for walking. |My bedroom would have benefited from some drawers.|The dinner menu was fine but needed some more vegetarian choices. The staff helped with this as much as they could. The food was nice.|I'd stay again.

All a bit weird and gloomy. Staff are like slow robots. Every time we went to reception or to be seated for breakfast we were left waiting in an empty lobby area. …

Fantastic location for Seaton and the seafront. Hotel was clean and the rooms spacious. Seems to be running on minimal staff; we felt sorry for the staff that were there as they seemed to be doing 3 jobs at once.Breakfast was poor so we wouldn't choice to pay for it again there - very little hot food available. The young chef was working hard though to keep up.

If you want to open the window don't go here as the windows are fixed shut, consequently room very stuffy even with the supposed fresh air being fed into the room. Room very hot as a consequence, couldn't |adjust heating/aircon.  …

No drawers in room, very little room to hang clothes. Big problem with the restaurant, booked for 7 00pm, given menus, no one came for order by 8 00, could see that no one had any food so went elsewhere.  …

Have always been happy to stay at a premier inn, not this one!.You have to pay to park, £ 7pounds a night after paying for your room, no premier plus rooms.Booked for 2 people only towels for 1.Rooms are shabby, sheets don't fit the beds.Shower head hasn't been descaled in a while, brown gunge around shower fittings, just didn't feel clean. The very few staff that were on site could not of been more helpful and you do feel sorry for them, they are clearly running understaffed. We booked for 2 nights and left after 1, could not stand 2 nights in the pokey room.Seaton itself did not have much to offer, will not be going back.Lovely big Tescos opposite, managed to get all our essentials for back home.

A great location near to all points of interest in the town. Room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was an issue with the bathroom when I arrived in that it wasn't cleaned thoroughly e.g. the shower head was filthy and the back of the toilet was dirty. But after pointing this out at reception someone came to replace the shower head and clean the toilet. A bit of an odd set up with cleaning the room...they only clean if you let reception know by noon every day. Bins are not emptied unless you leave them outside your room in the morning. Could be a security thing or something, but who knows, I found it odd. Parking is charged at £7 per night, so be aware of that. Inform reception as you arrive and they'll give you a voucher to scan.

The location is great and the staff are nice. However, the room wasn't particularly clean...luckily I take anti bac wipes. Also, the guarantee of a good nights sleep...didn't happen...for 3 of the 4 nights due to the loud stamping from the room above.
