We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were good, overlooking the seafront, which was great. Very comfortable rooms. The air conditioning didn't work the second and third nights, but we asked for and were given a fan so that was fine. …

Rooms a bit dated could do with bringing up to date. Rushed out of the bar told to take drinks to our rooms at the end of the evening, all the staff wanted to do was get home seem to forget this was our holiday.Staff during the day very friendly and helpful. Parking over night a bit dear. Had a great view of the scaffolding out side the window. Rooms very hot had no air-conditioning that worked.

Great location - exterior could probably do with a bit of a revamp but overall a lovely stay. Staff friendly, approachable and very helpful. …

Location is absolutely prime, it's right on the seafront plus frequent bus routes and a lot of restaurants etc walkable. However the heating & AC controls aren't working so I had a cold room, the staff were lending heaters and fans though. Lots of noise during the daytime from work on the roof so couldn't relax in the room between outings. Also a bit of black mould in the bathroom. Staff were all fantastic though! And the meals in the restaurant were nice.

Good location for, some rooms overlooking the sea 🌊 ours was a large room, side view of sea. Room well equipped & bed comfortable. Window didn’t open. Felt like room could do with a deep clean, on the surface room was clean. You have to pay extra for parking 🅿️. Breakfast you have to book a time a slot. Breakfast was either full English or a continental, not both. Average quality

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's right near the sea front and within walking distance of some nice restaurants. The hotel itself is nice but does need a bit of a refresh in places, like the hallways and beer garden, both are a bit dated and smell a little funky. The room itself was a good size and what you would expect. Parking is a bit tight in places, but there is normally enough. The breakfast was good, full English and continental available. I've stayed here a few times and am booked to go back. I stay at premier inns regularly for work around the south of the UK and I do like this location.

Great location, clean rooms, our only wish is to have a fridge in the family room as my daughter had medicine that needed to be kept in the fridge so we used a cooler box. Was very busy during check in time and it takes ages - clearly understaffed. We had a deal that included breakfast and dinner with Beefeater. Some tables were a bit sticky, also wish there were more healthy options on the menu and during breakfast, but we're happy to see fresh juices (PIP) for kids

We normally stay at a local B&B, but they’ve closed for the season. So Premier Inn it was for the night. I was a bit disappointed with this one. …

Second time we have stayed in this hotel on a mini family holiday for myself, wife and x2 young children. Completely ideal for a family stay when you have lots planned. The outside beer garden is also a high point with great views, especially on a Summers evening. Great location to the beach - short 2 min walk over the bridge!
