Carol customer service was outstanding and went above and beyond to help me acquire an item to compete in a race, I was attending on the Saturday. Would stay again just because of how helpful and supportive she was. Please send my thanks again.

Convenient for a stopover on the A30 on way to Cornwall. Based in a service area with a Morrisons and Gregg's and Petrol station. A good pub The Post Inn 5min walk away. Basic accommodation, with friendly staff and clean bedrooms. Would stay again.

Great place for a stop over, room was comfortable. greggs/morrisons/fuel all available close by, Helen on front desk was excellent, and full of info on where to eat locally. Only 1 downer, the accessible room we had needs to have a wet room with a fixed wall seat in the bathroom rather than a bath tub to have to climb over, which is difficult for a wheelchair user.

The room is very basic no sockets by the bed which was a problem for my husband's cpap machine. Also had to ask for second bath towel and no soap in dispenser by the shower.

The worst travel logement i have ever stayed in, bedroom stank of dog , thé window was open, probably to try and get rid of the smell, we arrived late so room was cold, the shower gel odeur was like a cleaning disinfectant. The curtains were not black out and with no lace so open out straight onto car park. O. The whole old and out dated, would not stay here again. It is a shame as I have stayed in some very nice travel lodges. Investment needed in this one !

We didn't stay here but we stopped off on our way to Cornwall. We think my husband's phone fell out of his pocket around the grassy bit outside. I rang up here to see if anyone had handed it in. It hadn't, but the lady on reception was lovely and went out to look for it. Very helpful and went above and beyond.

Travelodge does what it promises - good value, clean and comfortable rooms with all the necessary basic facilities. What set our 1 night stay apart was the attitude of the staff which was universally polite, helpful, courteous and keen to make our stay as good as possible.

Wow! The room was probably the worst we've ever stayed in. The smell in the room was putrid! We put 3 car tree air fresheners in there just so we could sleep and had the window open all night. God knows what it was and it wasn't like this the previous time we stayed here but it'll certainly put me off staying here again.
