We were glad to stay here after cutting short at a previously booked accommodation. We were well looked after. |Fabulous room. Lovely breakfast. Nice and clean. Great location near The Hoe. Looking forward to our return stay next year. Always wanted to visit by ourselves instead of a group.

We have stayed in many bed and breakfasts in Plymouth over the last 12 years. This is one of better ones, we particularly like the very spacious rooms and large bed. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Everything worked well for us, will probably use again.

Feared that the hotel would be noise as there are nightclubs underneath the hotel. I asked for a quiet room and it was fine. Could hear the base but not intrusion . ||Room are small but everyone we needed for a night stay. Convenient to get around Plymouth.

This is a great guest house if you are attending a Plymouth Uni Graduation or visiting Plymouth Hoe. It was just round the corner, a short walk away. Staff were really welcoming, breakfast was great and bedroom was large with a lovely, comfy bed. We will definitely be back.
