This used to be a very cool and nicley appointemd hotel. My inlaws used to stay here when they came to visit. There was a wondrful terrace to sit out on during the summer.Unfortunately I think the pandemic did for them. The building is now gruby, with weeds growing out of the walls and is falling apart. There were some signs of activity when I walked by the other morning. Looks like there are some people living in it, but their www says it is 'temporarily closed' and has said that for over a year.Such a shame that this beautiful building is just rotting away!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Decent sized room, soft but comfortable bed, and good powerful shower. The breakfast was varied, and of a good quality. The staff were generally very helpful. The only downside on our stay was the room next door, who felt they needed the TV on loud at every waking moment. Not the hotels issue though, and doesn't affect my overall rating.

Very friendly receptionist upgraded us to a family room as we had our dog with us , to give us more space. It went down hill after that, the toilet was a mascerator(not sure of spelling) it was really noisy for anout 5 mins after flushing and the room stunk! There were no cups or glasses, coffee and tea but no milk, room was dusty, bed was soooo uncomfortable you could feel every spring and there was a huge towel and hand towel.....for a family? Would never stay here again 😪😪😪

This place is a little off. They're clearly going for a boutique hotel feel, but they don't quite make it.I was travelling for work, and I suspect I was in one of the cheapest rooms. Each room is unique, but the mismatched junk-shop furniture vibe was trending more towards just being shabby than being shabby chic. Also the chain for raising and lowering the blind was broken in my room, which combined with a couple of other observations indicates they aren't maintaining it too well.During my stay, it appeared that they were having staffing problems. On one morning, the breakfast which was supposed to start at 7am was not forthcoming at all due to a lack of any staff to take orders or complete the breakfast set up. I ended up doing the last of the setup myself, so that I and other guests could at least get a hot drink and some toast while we waited for a waitress to arrive. The quality of the food was good. Nothing on the menu was particularly innovative or exciting, but it was done well and the portions were good. The rooms were comfortable, as was the bed. I slept well all week as the hotel has a fairly quiet location, whilst still being within easy walking distance of the main street. All in all, I enjoyed my stay here. I would be happy to return.

This hotel makes me scratch my head perplexed by how it's still running but even though there's so many faults with this place, I strangely enjoyed staying here.I stayed here for a week on business and it didn't get off to a good start. I arrived at 7pm only to find reception completely empty. Ringing the bell for several minutes did nothing so I ended up walking around looking for someone. Not a great start. The room itself looked something from circa 1994 but it was clean and the bathroom was well decorated. The bed though - if you move on it in the slightest the squeaking was unbearable. However, it was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in and I woke every morning having had a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and I can't fault them for anything - they were attentive and polite. Breakfast was fine for the whole week but my stomach doesn't tolerate hot food in the morning so unfortunately I can't review it but there was a selection of cereals and yogurts so I can't complain.Overall, I'm still not sure if I'd stay here again - this hotel definitely made me laugh though and I appreciated it's quirky charm.

Attended a friend's party here. Food was pretty good,; they put on a special menu which was great. Bar expensive, but I don't drink out much, so may have noticed price a bit more! Otherwise, nice venue. We had a separate few rooms downstairs, with private (though tiny!) bar. For more choice had to walk through hotel to main bar, but not a problem. Nice looking garden, but rain meant we didn't use it (no covered areas)

Car park was full so finding a side road to park was tricky. Seeing it was £5 A night to park at the hotel probably was better off site. Room was large and well decorated until we found the leaking radiator in the bathroom, which on mentioning to staff later on that evening we were given a new room upgrade. Bar area was nice and cosy as was the restaurant but sitting waiting to be served for a meal was a pain. Don't expect table service would recommend ordering at the bar, as staff who were very friendly and helpful throughout looked stretched at times. Looks like it's having on going upgrade so maybe in a few months things improve. Overall food was reasonably priced and good quality and great location for town centre. Cannot fault staff for effort.

For a budget hotel this was fine for our one night stay in Leamington Spa. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. It was at the top of the hotel, and the stay was on a hot weekend, so we had to ask a couple of times to get a fan. The hotel is very central, and is ideally located close to the centre of Leamington Spa. It had a good bar and an outdoor terrace. Breakfast was nice with a selection of cereals, toast and cooked breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed hear for family event for the day/night hotel was nice in small doses. Food for nice very poor choice of beers and wine. There was one staff member who was some sort of Italian descent and she was disgusting had no manners and played the racist card when asked if we could turn the music up over bad experience never go back even if k was paid to go.

Stayed for one night for work. Staff very welcoming. Room was clean but being an attic room it was very very warm all night so despite a comfy bed, not the greatest nights sleep!Ate in the bar area. Food was tasty and was very full. When I stay places on my own it can sometimes be intimidating but this definitely wasn’t, felt quite comfortable sitting on my own. Would recommend!
