Rooms & accommodation simple but with all you need and were spotless, 10 min walk from most attractions & places to eat do location perfect. No insight parking, but no problem as parking pass for car park across the road is provided. Would stay again when we return.

We stayed for 2 nights at this lovely Guest House. It is in a great position in the centre of Stratford with parking opposite for £6 a night. The Guest House is spotlessly clean and the host so friendly and helpful.  …

The host was very friendly when greeted at the door. He showed me straight up to my room and said to beware of the step just inside my room which I was very glad he did. Everything was explained and we were left to bring our luggage in. The carpark was just a minutes walk and being a blue badge holder, my car stay was free. We didnt go for the breakfast which we should have but are planning on going to wethers which isnt too far away. Arden park is only a 5min walk from town where we found every shop we needed. Lots of charity shops and historic buildings to view as well as the canal and variety of ducks swans and geese. So much to do here. Arden park is so clean, the decor of the rooms are all different as far as I can see as my parents had a room next to us too. The pictures and furnishings are so lovely, the dining room and front room are differently themed too which was lovely. Very happy with the bedding and the mattress is lush. We are only on our first night so we shall see how the sleep is, I'm sure it will be lovely. Highly recommended and will defo be coming back here.

My hubby booked us a last minute one night trip for valentines weekend. I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. What a lovely place. It is spotless. The room was a decent size and had an en-suite. …

We received a warm welcome from Mark...he met us in the car park and sorted the parking ticket. Mark showed us into the property (all covid safe) lovely entrance and lots of character and great art work....yes the stairs to our room were pretty steep! But hey all those extra calories from lock down had piled on so certainly a positive!!!Mark provided a map and recommendations of where would be nice to take a walk. The room was really pleasant, it had everything we required for an overnight stay. The decor was tasteful and really thought through. It was SPOTLESS!!!.....Nice quality bedding too....We enjoyed our stay and absolutely would stay again.Thankyou Mark

We had a lovely stay here in Oct 2015. It was really handy to have a little kitchen to use for snacks. The breakfast (for a fee) was fabulous and well worth it for us. The room was on a small private courtyard that was beautiful and would have been a great place to hang out if the weather hadn't been cold and rainy. The owner was very kind and helpful with advice about restaurants, sights, discount coupons for tours, etc. The only negatives were that the room was smallish and as is typical in most European hotels, the beds are quite a lot firmer than is typical in the US. I would definitely stay here again.

We had the family room which was perfectly adequate with proper beds (not sofa beds) which were all very comfortable. It was very quiet during the night. The room and ensuite were all clean. The decor is dated but we were only there to sleep. Welcoming staff and ideally located.
