What an amazing stay we had in Room 1! The room was beautiful! The bed was so comfortable and soft. A perfect stay for two! I wish we stayed longer. A great range of complementaries in the room. It’s a great walkable location for the high street. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful room. Clean and fresh, lovely selection of teas and coffees. Great value for money. Close to local amenities and there are guides in the room for eating and drinking establishments so can leave your car and go and enjoy. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautifully decorated room; very clean, comfortable bed, cosy bedding, fluffy (but quite small) towels, brilliant shower, plenty of toilet roll, enough coat hangers, not enough (caffinated) tea & coffee (2 of each). The traffic noise in Room 2 really is dreadful. Also, the bleeping on the zebra crossing goes on all night. We did open the window but the noise was so awful we closed it. A fan is provided but we just wanted a bit of fresh air overnight which wasn't possible. The people in Room 1 kept trying to put their code into our door so that kept us awake. The bleeping on the door keypads is slightly annoying, as if it's entered incorrectly it bleeps loudly and for longer.Room 2 could do with something at the window, as all the cars at the traffic lights can see you, otherwise you have to have the curtains closed all the time and it's quite dark.Unfortunately, someone had set the alarm clock in the room & it went off at 7am on Sunday morning. We were not impressed. We are booking for another stay, but have asked for a room at the back of the property.

I stayed in room 4. What a beautiful and fabulous hotel. Exceptionally clean, wonderful decor and excellent information via a QR code, which has simple video instructions of needed.|Lovely bed, sheets and pillows. Amazing double shower and soft towels. Large TV too. Absolutely fabulous, I couldn't fault it at all.

A last minute booking for one night, the Bridge House was a delightful stopover and exactly as described. Recently refurbished and beautifully styled, we loved our room. On the High Street with lots of restaurant and shopping options, a very pleasant walk with lots of interesting architecture. Fresh milk in the room was handy.

What a gem of a place The Bridge House is, absolutely fantastic! The accommodation is so well decorated and rooms so clean and cosy. We were a party of 6 in rooms 4, 6 and 7, and all 3 couples loved their respective rooms. …

This guest house was amazing. Very comfortable and cozy. Good for the couple nights we stayed for a wedding. Lovely decor. The rooms are very close together so it is a bit noisy, you can hear people walking up and down the corridor and leaving. Our room was facing the street so it was a bit loud hearing the street noise. We had to have the window open because it was very warm in the room. The bathroom was a bit small but the room was an alright size. Overall it was easy to access. Free parking at the back. Nice local bakery and places to get food. Defo recommend.

Booked a one night stay as we were travelling to a wedding nearby. Hotel is self serve so you check yourself in via using a pin pad. Rooms are lovely and cosy and tray of teas/coffees was a welcome treat. …
