Absolutely fantastic service and superb staff! We were greeted with a smiles and a seamless check in with Anne on reception. The Deputy manager, Elliot was wonderful, professional, personable and nothing was too much trouble! …

Don’t normally write reviews but wanted to shout out Ann on the front desk. I’m a young female travelling solo for work and I appreciated how Ann handled check in, particularly discreetly showing me my room number rather than announcing out …

The Receptionist when we arrived was the most unpleasant either of us had experienced in 50 odd years of stays away from home. Work on the computer was more important than helping guests. When she did deign to acknowledge our presence it was in a very unwilling manner. All other staff were friendly and helpful

stayed here as I was attending a training course for three days. Room is spacious however my bathroom is quite dirty there washair everywhere. receptionist was friendly and I had breakfast included in my allowance. The two ladies that I saw the last four days were brilliant very friendly and very cheerful.Breakfast is good. There’s a wide selection. It’s clean and adequate. The toaster was out of service but they put in a small replacement which wasn’t too bad. I like the yoghurt selection. I was the second floor and it said that my room would come with a mini fridge but there wasn’t a mini fridge. I think it really would’ve helped as I didn’t fancy having dinner for two nights and could’ve put some old stuff in the fridge, but never mind. The hotel itself is a great location walking distance from many places such as the park the shopping centre and it’s a stone throw away from Warwick.

A very nice premier Inn. The room we were in was very modern. Good value for the price, we had breakfast which was "kids eat free" and with that again was very good value. Because it's on the high street it has no car park of its own. There is a multi storey around the back with 24 hrs for about £8. You have to walk round to the front entrance though. Not ideal with bags/suitcases but not a deal breaker.

The room was lovely, and clean, very well equipped, nothing was too much trouble for the people who were working. Location was also perfect right in the middle of the town centre. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends and family

Stayed one night. The room was exactly as described and I could not really fault it. Maybe a little on the small side but it was clean, everything worked, the bed was comfortable, the were loads of sockets, the shower was excellent. Front reception and the entrance off the street are a bit off putting but the staff were fine. Breakfast was OK if a little 'portion control' but everything was available and the staff were friendly.

Absolute lovely stay, stayed for over night stay due to work, the room was very nice and comfortable with all the extras (ie. Kettle, Tea, Coffee sachets, Shower gel etc.) the TV was brill and the bed linen was excellent! The restaurant (Bar+Block Grill) was lovely, recommend their Chicken Tacos, Salt and Pepper Squid and Cookie Dough and Ice Cream for deserts. The ultimate breakfast is gut filler too! Absolutely recommend this premier inn and the staff are very friendly too. Thank you
