We stayed at the bridge inn for two nights and it was a terrible experience. The first room we were given was beyond filthy, so we asked to be moved. Unfortunately the second room wasn’t much better -it was dirty and sub standard. …

Six of my team arrived at The Bridge Inn on Saturday night, just before midnight. We were travelling between Arbroath and Glasgow. A staff member called Iona was waiting for us. …

I knew it wasn't going to be great as soon as we opened the bedroom door, the smell of dampness and the marks on the wall said it all.The bathroom was depressing, and to top it off, the toilet didn't flush at all, although we didn't realise this till later in the evening. We woke up early the following morning about 05.00 and decided to leave there and then.Wouldn't recommend booking this place.

Great place with professional and friendly staff. The rooms are nice too, no issues there, especially for the price. Good location and perfect for walking the local hills.Normally when staying at an inn, I’m concerned about the noise from the bar making it difficult to sleep, but here the rooms were a good distance from the bar so we never heard a thing.

Our second visit here and this visit was far better than the first one. First of all all the staff we encountered were fantastic especially the girl who attended to us. I didn't get her name. …

The stay was really good, but it was a shame the restaurant had closed. The room was basic, but clean and the staff friendly and the beer good and well priced

Not a great place to stay. Only food available is Chinese and no breakfast. Room was dark only 1 out of 3 lights working and only one bedside light with dark shade on one side of double bed.Shower had obviously been broken previously and balance back together. The head fell on me as I got into shower. The folding doors went wrong way and when opened couldn't reach controls from outside and got scalded when standing in shower the reach them.Very disappointed as looked forward to staying here. No car parking except on streetBeautiful scenery lovely cafe down the road and great outlet village.Needs urgently refurbished

Situated close to all the ships, rooms are clean and they provide all the basics you need. The restaurant is well layed out and you can order food to the room if your staying. The pub is full of friendly locals keen for a chat and the staff are really friendly throughout the venue. Couldn't rate this place high enough!

I had heard good things about this restaurant and I was keen to try the food, I looked them up on Google a few days earlier to check out their opening times etc. We hadn’t booked a table. It was at lunchtime on a Saturday afternoon. …
