The restaurant is a cozy little place in Ceres. The decor is modern with great service from the staff. The menu is small and refined with enough good looking options. The haggis bon bons are excellent as well as the mains (we had the lamb rump and Meldrums salad with steak, both cooked excellently). They do have desserts which were wonderful. We both recommend the sticky toffee pudding. We didn't stay in the rooms so we can't say about those

Food was excellent lots to choose from on the menu also daily specials. Pate was good and chicken kebab excellent. Good portions. Look forward to returning. Only slight negative was service was a bit slow but we were in no rush but would be an issue if you were on a timescale.

We went with friends to the restaurant and it was faultless, the food, service and price were fantastic, also the decor was beautiful. Would definitely recommend. We have already booked to go back in November. Ceres is a beautiful village well worth a visit.

Friendly welcome, restaurant well set out and good service at table throughout meal. Extensive and varied menu and well priced. Relatively small choice of wines but again varied and modestly priced. Food was good rather than exceptional. First time here for many years and will definitely return.

General very good, professional service in a pleasant atmosphere.|We went for dinner. Good range of dishes to suit most tastes.|(Just one quibble- if it says home made tartare sauce on the menu, don’t replace it with mayonnaise and then try to tell the customer that it is tartare sauce.)|Otherwise fine and recommended.

A fantastic meal for a birthday treat. Great atmosphere and brilliant food for all the family. Kids aged 7 and 9. Friendly, welcoming staff. I struggled to choose what to eat because there were so many things I would have liked. Will just have to come back again soon. Thank you for an excellent evening.

Went for a meal whilst staying in Ceres for my birthday. Thoroughly enjoyed it, the service was excellent and the food just as good and very reasonably priced. They've got the ambience perfect in my opinion and would highly recommend it. I wish the young owners well and I hope locals and tourists continue to support their business. We look forward to visiting again when in the area.
