It's a nice calm hotel in an calm area, perfect to have a relaxing day when you are on the road for 14 days.Dinner was delicious, we had to wait quite a while but it was with the best meal I've had yet in Scotland after 10 days! Thak you

Stayed in room 3 recently refurbished king size bed nice furniture and new carpet.The new owners are starting to upgrade the bedrooms.The food is fantastic I had lamb balti and my wife's seafood pasta was out of this world followed by buttery homemade strawberry 🍓 tarts. We will return soon.

The location was perfect for where I broke down 9 miles down the road lol. I got there around 7pm on a Saturday night, The restaurant had already closed when I tried to order food at 7:20pm

We stopped in for dinnerThe food was quite disappointing I had chicken breast with haggis and a pepper sauce my companion had macaroni cheese.The chicken breast was quite dry and the sauce wasnt that good.The macaroni tasted very salty and I'm not sure if it was home made .

Stopped off when travelling for evening meal was not disappointed. Fish and chips very good, biscoff cheesecake excellent. Food served quickly, staff very friendly and good prices. A wee gem in a quiet village.
