Amazing hotel. Great vibes and lovely foyer with 24hr front desk and a snack bar for refreshments. Lots of seating and games too including pool, table football and board games. Rooms are very clean and tidy. House keeping will provide fresh bedding and towel every day unless you put your notice on the door handle to not disturb. Checkout is 12pm as standard! There’s plenty of great cafes and pubs within walking distance and the town centre is about a 25 min walk or roughly a 10 min uber for £6-£11. Hotel is dog friendly too which is always a huge tick in my book! Would like to see a fridge be available in rooms for keeping drinks cool but it’s not a massive dealbreaker, just a suggestion. All in all would 100% stay here again. Great value for money!

Wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, lovely bar area... But I'm here for over 2 weeks and I've found there's not quite enough wardrobe and shelf space for that length of stay. Most of my clothes have had to stay in my case. Great for a couple of nights I would imagine.Captain of the Titanic x

I would definitely stay here again. Very easy check in, the staff are all super nice and friendly. They have a great open lobby to sit and either grab a drink at their bar or hang out. The location was an easy walk downtown too. The rooms were fine, they were comfortable, but I could see others wanting something larger.

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Reception/bar/dining area very modern. Aimed at younger demographic than my own. Breakfast option is very good. Evening food was very disappointing. A good place to stay if convenient to where you want to visit. As an older person I would want better sitting arrangement in the room.

It's fine. Not great, not bad, just fine. Rooms are clean, hotel is quiet, staff are friendly. Corridors are already starting to look a bit tired due to being battered by luggage. Surrounded by large busy roads and other hotels. You'll make a better breakfast at home with little effort. If all you're looking to do is sleep and then move on, then this is the place for you.

Lovely staff and rooms. The location is brilliant for late night concerts/gigs near the Hydro, bit of a walk from the centre but there is a train station near that will tare you into the centre, cheaply and quickly.

Friendly staff that gave us a warm welcome. Room was clean and comfortable. But the rooms are so small, that you can only leave the bed at one side, as they placed a armchair beside the bed due to no space. Missdesign in my eyes.

If you are early to see a show and have parked over the road at the Council multi-story car park and don't fancy a big meal. Then, the Moxy is a place to try. We ordered our drinks and then got a menu. It's not a huge choice, but it had something for everyone. We ordered ( back up at the bar) a pepperoni pizza and garlic bread, we were given a buzzer, which went off soon after sitting back down. You collect the food from the bar area. Couldn't fault the food it was delicious. Drinks were on par with other establishments in the area. Great place to chill. The toilets were clean and tidy and lit with purple lights.

Had a great stay this past week. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I asked for information about the local area and public transit to Edinburgh. They also helped me retrieve an item I left in my room after checkout and offered me coffee while I waited! Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Short easy walk to Exhibition Center station. The hotel has fun individual flair, not like your usual chain hotel. Good noise insulation and blackout curtains.
