Stayed a few nights while playing golf in the area. Friendly and welcoming hosts, and my room was comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. I cannot recommend the place enough.

Friendly host. Old fashioned guest house with clean room and bathroom. I had a comfortable nights sleep. Fantastic cooked breakfast. Very peaceful and easy to find and very well located for trains and bus services. Town centre is a 5 minute walk. Will come back.

Julie and Richard great couple very helpful,my stay with my kids was amazing. We where not far from beach, the beds are so comfy, pillows are amazing, the hot tub was superb, it's my 2nd time I've been here this year, Julie goes over and beyond, fresh sheets fresh towels

The owners definitely went the extra mile to wait up for my friends after a horrific travel day. Delays, missed connections ect can be frustrating but when a lovely establishment with kind, thoughtful owners welcomed them late, it was truly at least a good ending to the day. What a wonderful welcome to Scotland.

Had a wonderful stay in a huge room (tartan) with complimentary shortbread (excellent) followed by a full Scottish breakfast the next morning (also excellent). Would recommend to anyone, I will definitely stay again. Thank you Julie.

Really kind and warm welcome from Julie, lovely clean and spacious room (tartan room) stocked with yummy homemade shortbread! We had an early start tmour first morning and our hosts kindly gave us breakfast early. Breakfast was very tasty - the table had a selection of delicious homecooked jams (also for sale - we bought a couple!) Great hosts, lovely room, very relaxed and we were well looked after. Will definitely stay the next time we are down in Fife. Thank you!
