well, I saw many bad reviews, but in fact it was much more better than people say.I stayed there for one night only, just to have some rest after the concert. so from my experience I can highlight:- service: the owner contacted me to solve one problem with the booked room before my check-in, then met me downstairs and lead to my room. he was quite friendly and polite. when I asked if they have any hair conditioner (shampoo and shower gel were present in bathroom), he tried his best to manage one for me. after all I didn't feel lost and ignored.- rooms: first of all it didn't smell like weeds, sex, alcohol and other things people have mentioned in other reviews. room 8, a small one, but still enough to stay for a night. fresh bedsheets without stains, tv, air conditioning, hair dryer, clean towels in sufficient amount, clean bathroom with hot and cold tap water. I work myself in housekeeping at the hotel, so I really mean it: it was absolutely acceptable. there was one thing to solve, but once I've mentioned it, the owner offered to solve this problem immediately. so honestly, I really enjoyed my staying over there. I definitely got an opportunity to take a shower, make some tea/coffee and just rest at night after the gig.- location: well yeah, it's quite far away from the city centre, but it's obvious for this price! if you want to live right next to Victoria station, you should be able to afford it. this hotel was absolutely nice for its price and using some public transport wasn't a big problem for me, just took some time.in general I find the hotel really nice for its price. maybe I was just lucky compared to other reviewers, I don't know :)

The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. While it wasn't luxurious, it certainly met my expectations for the price I paid. The bed was cozy, and the free Wi-Fi didn't worked well at all but I managed somehow just for one day.

I have never left a bad review before, but I need to express that there are many safety concerns in this place. I have never felt more unsafe, and had to call the police due to attempts to break into my room. The hotel was always unresponsive for all their numbers that I tried to call, and the rooms were very dirty.

Pretty sure this is being used as a front. Photos are from a time when this was a hotel - not currently. No staff at all, all communication is done through what’s app. Furniture is mismatched and looks ‘ just for show’.On arrival there were three men at ‘reception’ we assumed worked for the hotel… we were wrong. The three men who’s aftershave we can still smell from 500 miles away, speaking in a Foreign language got us the number of the ‘ boss man’ to help us get a code into the front door and code to the bedroom and disappeared from the property.Bathroom had no window or fan so had hot heavy air and smell was awful, unable to drink any water as taps only gave hot water, bottled water not available . Bathroom extremely dirty . No milk at the ‘ coffee station’ only dirty jars with coffee/ sugar in, seems to have been there a long time and not used.Bed was broken. There were two extra mattresses in our room, which we used to barricade the door while we slept unsure if we were going to be attacked in our sleep.Wi-Fi was called ‘rampant lion’ which gives you insight to what the place is really being used as.There was a tv in the room, but the Wi-Fi signal didn’t reach the room. We stayed in room 3It was a very eerie atmosphere when walking from the “main reception” to your bedroom. Key pad to get in which is Temperamental. Shower doors didn’t close all the way, water was like a dribble. Too much furniture which was all mismatched and strangely arranged.Bar wasn’t open, no food or drinks options- just no staff at all.Strange massive group of men in The Shisha bar next door but said they weren’t open to public and seemed annoyed / worried we’d askedThe ‘ boss man ‘ text around 1pm saying “ can do that one for 50 or you can book on the website” when we questioned it replied saying wrong person, 10 minutes later we Watched as we were having a cigarette on the front as a young lady in a Komodo escorted another young girl obviously distressed, being told how she could make a gentle man be more comfortable

Stayed here for the night after a gig in Manchester. Room was insanely warm and stuffy and couldn’t actually open the window to let any air in.The wardrobe door was broken so couldn’t even have a place to hang up any clean clothes for the morning.Bathroom smelt awful and had an infestation of silverfish in the shower.Walls were so thin you could hear conversations above and below you.No one at reception when we checked in and no one there when we checked out which is just unprofessional.Might be good if you just need somewhere to lay your head for the night but I wouldn’t advise staying here if you want to get into Manchester City centre as it’s so far out from the city even a bus ride will take you half an hour to get back!

so bad, do yourself a favour and don‘t stay here!!! we received our code for self check-in about an hour before we arrived, but initially struggled to get into the room as the code didn’t work and there was no one at reception to assist us. we eventually managed to get in half an hour later, but the room was in an absolute state. the toilet seat was broken and leaning on the wall next to the toilet, the wallpaper had completely come off by the window, the wall was damp and potentially mouldy and there were more stains on the upholstery, walls and ceiling than we could count - including white c*m stains on the bed frame that made us afraid to touch anything in the room. the mattress must‘ve been really old too - it was so saggy that you kept rolling into the middle of the bed. a godforsaken place 🥲

Hotel is disgusting, I paid £55 for room 9. Dirty bed , dirty bed sheets smelt like someone had just got out of them, although the bed was made. Very low ceiling definitely a hazard .the room smelt like weed.Has for the bathroom the shower curtain was hanging off , and was very dirty .No one to welcome you was all done by txt and codes for the rooms.was in the room like 10mins was no way I was staying . Was offered another room because I complained to this guy on the other end of the phone . The other room was more expensive and I refused to pay for it . The whole set up was unprofessional and the customer service was terrible they refused to refund me the money I paid. We had to find another hotel to stay in.If your thinking of booking here don't bother avoid.
