Very friendly and hospitable staff, rooms were warm and comfortable which is what we needed after a week of camping in late August. The food varies in taste/quality but was generally good and very filling. Our highlight was the Cullen Skink which was the standout meal - exceptional flavour. Also very dog friendly which was a plus for us, with a short walk down the the shores of the loch. Well situated to start/end further trips into the Highlands.

Amazing one night stay (Mon 7th Oct) at Kintail Lodge. Staff super helpful, restaurant food was exceptional (Cullen Skink, baked Camembert, beetroot pate, lamb pie and seafood tagliatelle), very high quality food. Knowledgeable help with whiskey choices. Our booked room had no hot water (boiler problem), the team quickly upgraded us to alternative rooms with amazing views of the Loch. Fantastic location.Overall a brilliant short visit, would highly recommend and thanks to all the staff.
