Very impressive 5 year old hotel. Just a jump from airport so great for early flights.|Very well kept and staffed.|Good restaurant with fair pricing for location and good quality.||But desk clerk wanted to charge 20£ for checking in 1 hour early! Waived as I reminded her I was a member and just flew in feom canada. So beware

Breakfast is the best I’ve had for the last two weeks touring through England, Wales and Scotland. Delicious and great variety of fruits, eggs, bacon, cheese, delicious fresh bread, the best porridge, good selection of teas, tasty hot chocolate, very good coffee,… Really well done.Dinner was also extremely tasty and very well presented. Unexpected surprise, after reading the menu.Therefore, my congratulations to the kitchen staff!As for the maintenance in the rooms, I must say that my small remarks were taken care of immediately and competently.So overall… Well done, Courtyard Inverness!

I'm going to be straightforward and honest. My experience here was not very good. We certainly didn't stay here expecting luxury and amenities as this was simply a stopover two night stay in Inverness before flying to London and connecting back to Pittsburgh. However, it's questionable if this place even met standard hotel expectations. First off, yes, it's nice that it's located next to the airport, which is nice and small. However, it is literally in the middle of nowhere, a good 15 minutes or more from Inverness and with nothing major in sight, including any major roadways. In a lot of ways, it reminds me of Edmonton's airport, but at least that had more around it. Then, there are the rooms. If I was talking about the rooms in the context of layout and appearance, then they are actually pretty nice, but the bathroom appliances are another story. The shower itself is fine, but the water temperature is a bit finicky. The sink was simply ridiculous. It literally got clogged and left water in the sink all because we rinsed it a little. Since the issue was likely not fixable, we left it that way until we checked out the next day. As for the breakfast, it has good pastries, but I definitely think they can improve the eggs and sausage a bit. The tea selections were quite good, though. It was also nice that they had a good drink and snack collection, unlike some other properties in the UK I stayed at. But in general, this place has a lot of problems. Despite the convenience of being near the airport, the drawbacks are big enough that staying in downtown Inverness before leaving might be at least worth considering despite the distance. Our circumstances were a bit different because we went to Inverness, then Skye, and came back here as a stopover. There is a chance this stay was just a bad experience, but as my first time, I can't say it was particularly good.

Literally a walk to the airport along provided sidewalks.It's convenient, but not super great.Seems under staffed.The room phones did not work, and we were not told ahead of time.Very limited streaming options on TV.I'll go back if I have to because it's so convenient.The restaurant was really good tho

We were only here for one night but it was the most comfortable of our two week trip! all employees from the custodial staff to reception were helpful and friendly. The early breakfast is very convenient for those catching morning flights. The room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again!
