The Garrison was a great stay. Two minors that prevented a five star review were the limited parking and the pillows. ||The room was well appointed with a great wet room and excellent shower. …

Fab hotel in a lovely location. Rooms are just the right size and very nicely styled. Breakfasts were amazing and would recommend. Free coffee machine in common are a lovely touch. We stayed in late October and had no problem with parking the car

We had such a wonderful stay here. The rooms were nice and clean. Small details like the variety of soaps and the free snacks made the stay extra pleasant. The breakfast was superb. You have the choice between two starters and several main options. There’s also a smoothie of the day. One negative point is that the towels smell like wet dog. Kind of unpleasant.

Rooms were very nice and big.Quite busy at the front desk/restaurant.Convenient location, walking distance to most things in Fort William. Not the most secure feeling as we stayed in the back building, and the doors to the suites are all accessible from outside. We pre paid for the breakfast one day. It was incredibly expensive. There are alot of places on the street that are just as good or better and for way less $$$.

Stay for one night, and had great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect—easy to find and close to everything. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-soundproofed. Slept very well each night. Highly recommend!

We had such an enjoyable stay at the Garrison during our time in Fort William. This hotel is so cute and the theme is so fun and quirky. There are plenty of restaurants to try that are in walking distance from the hotel, and they do offer breakfast in the morning in their own restaurant. We also enjoyed our evening in the bar, which was cozy and our bartender even made us up a snack tray as we played (provided) card games. The staff were always so friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend a stay here and we hope to return in the future!

The location is excellent. The staff were all very friendly. The room (supposed cell) was very pleasant. The mattress was not very comfortable but for one or two nights it was acceptable. I wouldn't mind staying there again when I return.
