Great location in centre of the town with plenty of parking. The staff on reception were really helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. The restaurant was very pleasant. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was well presented and freshly cooked.

Went for a last dinner with family, and the food itself was wonderful. However, the whole experience was greatly disappointing when it came to the service itself. Ordered drinks and there was an incredibly long wait between that to get to order the food. After eating, a waitress came and took three of our five plates, but never came back for the other two, leaving them on the table. The table beside us were given 2 rounds of drinks, starters, mains and a dessert in the time we had one round of drinks and our meals. Would've ordered dessert, but didn't end up doing that as we felt quite forgotten

On a short break in Wales we ate here twice. The food was delicious, recommend the lamb meatballs, the lamb was so tasty, and the puddings were superb. …

Stayed 2 nights with friends on a motorcycle trip. The hotel ticked every box - nice room, great restaurant, lovely food, good bar, and really friendly staff. It even had perfect parking for our motorbikes. …

Random stop on the way north. Good selection on menu. Mains were tasty and generously portioned. Puddings were delicious. Service was exceptional - friendly, warm and attentive. Free parking too. We would definitely return if once again in the area.

Had a family lunch (Sunday roast) half of us are vegetarian. Food was good and portions were spot on. The lad serving us seemed new which is fine, we've all been there but would have been good if he had a little more support as it took a while for him to keep on top of things. All in all a really good lunch and happy to go back.

First time in Lampeter as a stop off on our way to Aberaeron and stayed for one night. Huge car park and access to rooms from the car park with a key fob (no lifts). Staff were really helpful and friendly. …

A friend and I stayed for two nights in what can only be described as glorious June Welsh sunshine. ||We arrived on motorcycles, and were greeted by a welcoming team and a nice big (and safe) car park at the rear. …

Stayed at the hotel for one night and was allocated a double room. On arrival at my room with was large and very modern and had a super king bed with a spare single bed, there was also a sofa.  …

I visited this restaurant last week and while the place initially looked very nice and inviting, my experience quickly went downhill. After sitting down, I found out that several dishes on the menu were unavailable. When I asked questions or pointed out mistakes on the menu, I was spoken to like an idiot, which was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful. To make matters worse, the manager couldn't handle honest criticism or feedback. Instead of addressing the issues professionally, she became aggressive and dismissive. It's a shame because the restaurant had a lot of potential, but the poor customer service completely ruined the experience.I won't be returning and can't recommend this place to others.
