Fantastic stay, we came late as was doing the 3 Peaks, but the management accommodated us fantastic, allowing us to order our meals, which were super tasty. The rooms/beds/showers were top notch. Clean, comfy, with hot showers.Breakfast was amazing, the male server overheard us talking about the hike, came in early to make us a big batch of porridge, the female breakfast server was a bundle of joy, really attentive, keeping our coffee cups brimming and toast rack full. Great humour too.

Just back from 2 nights at the Hotel. We stayed in a superior lodge, and took our dog with us. The facilities were great. We used the Leisure Centre, which was very quiet in the afternoon. …

Lovely hotel, great location, good for parking. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with friendly staff.Couldn't fault the rooms, the tea tray was excellent, plenty of teas, coffees and hot chocolate with a choice of whole or semi skimmed milk, it was a nice change not having to ask for more milk, teabags etc. There was plenty of choice for dinner and the food was lovely and well presented, the breakfast was equally as good.Add in the fact that there is a lovely pool attached to the hotel that you get access to at half price, this hotel excelled on every level, we will definitely be back.

We stayed here for 5 days in one of the lodges. Breakfast was lovely, carefully prepared to order and a very good choice. If we fancied something other than what was on the menu, that wasn't a problem. …

Stayed in Room 17. It was opposite the stairs and a public toilet so there was quite a bit of noise outside the door. Room was a bit tired looking and some of the light fittings were loose. …
