Bed super comfy. Lovely refurbished room Very comfortable and clean. Walk in shower fabulous. Had a couple of issues which were rapidly dealt with by Reception. -Georgina in particular. All staff pleasant. Breakfast best we’ve ever had at a village. Please pass thanks to Heather and Michelle.

First time at the Village Hotel Chester and I would truly recommend it.Bed was super comfy, the double room very spacious with a lovely view of the garden. Big TV, nice shower, and everything clean and modern looking.Lovely customer service, Georgia and Emily in particular, were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was great too!

Best gym in Flintshire! Has everything you could want and such a variety of classes. Instructors are second to none. The leisure team are always on hand to help, Patrick and Colette in the morning are always brilliant with me. And the lovely Ann and her shake and vac keeps the place spotless. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed here for our friends wedding in Mold. We opted to stay here rather than closer to the venue as we felt it was worth paying slightly more for the comfort and amenities.Olivia and Georgia were fantastic in checking us in and out, their customer service was brilliant and made us feel incredibly welcome.We unfortunately had some bumps along the road in our stay, however, Emily (Manager on duty) and Georgia were incredibly hospitable and allowed us to talk about the problems we'd encountered. They discounted some of our stay and planned to rectify the issues.I'm still giving 5 stars as the general service in the hotel was still fantastic, including Heathers warm welcome over breakfast! We would stay here again and I'd still highly recommend friends visiting here!

I don’t write reviews often but myself and my fiancé Thomas had our engagement party here and all I can say is wow. From the beginning of our interaction with Saint David’s village Hotel, we felt welcomed and taking care of. We were shown the Inspiration suite multiple times so we could get a good feel of what our Engagement Party💍🤍 would look like. A few specific names that we have to mention are Georgia Rebecca Molly David and Mike. All of the staff members around and helping us to set up with phenomenal and couldn’t do more to help us plan and set up our special evening. The food was incredible and I heard nothing but good things from my guests. If you are looking for somewhere to hold an engagement party or to stay for a nice evening away I couldn’t recommend anywhere better than here. I really want to say thank you to all the staff for all they did and we will be seeing you soon for the wedding fair and many more stays to come!!

Always spotlessly clean Ann is always very helpful finds everything I leave behind and keeps them safe till I come in again Ann never stops all way doing something. IThe reception team are always very friendly Colette is very helpful and lovely to talk to.|I love coming to the gym and the classes are ace.

The lady on reception upon arrival was extremely helpful I’ve forgot her name. As I was attending a wedding I got back in the early hours and the polish chap (sorry I forgot his name) was also extremely helpful and friendly. The bed was comfy the only criticism I can give is there are no plug sockets close to the bed which is strange and the water pressure in the shower is poor. Other than this nice stay.

This is an easy location to find and near the major. We used the facilities whilst on site. Starbucks was a superb treat after a long drive. The daughter found the length of the pool on the small side (but she is a swimmer), I however find it suitable for a leisure swim.The bedroom needs some TLC. The toilet holder in our room was moving and a fair amount of paint was chipped. We had a family room and the size was great.The best part was our interaction with the receptionist (Chloe). She welcomed us on arrival and provided a clear explanation on the location of our room along with the complimentary items we had due to the family room. We also discussed breakfast which is very accommodating for food intolerance (gluten and lactose free people here).Would we go back to this chain, yes definitely.
