It’s a difficult time for the hospitality industry. We arrived for a 2 day stay. Check in 5 pm to allow for deep cleaning. The place was like the marie Celeste. Disappointed to find the only breakfast was a bag delivered to our door at 9am. Great croissant A disappointing breakfast bar and a banana. So far so understandableThe room Tiny but clean Water pressure worse than anything in the eastern bloc in the seventies. A stand up wash was the best optionAs I say difficult times. But arrive back at 1030 after a long day out. Bed unmade and no clean towelsUnacceptableAnd it’s £119 a night.
