We have stayed here on several occasions when visiting our family in Edinburgh. It is excellent. Liz is a superb hostess. The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast table creaks with all the options. I cannot rate it highly enough.

Lovely B&B and Liz who runs it is so lovely and she puts on the most amazing breakfast spread in the morning 😁👍 it's clean and tidy and rooms are serviced daily with fresh towels, tea and coffee etc. Great price and only a 12 minute bus ride on the number 27 £1.70 singke from right outside the house. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay.Not central but with good bus links or a longish pleasant walk if the weather is good. Liz provides a great variety of fruits for breakfast, with yoghourt. There is a full Scottish breakfast too. Very welcoming;cosy; plenty of hot water.A home from home.
