Spacious room, clean and tidy with comfortable bed.We were not made aware room would not be serviced during out 2 night stay so had to go and ask for replacement coffee, milk and toilet roll.We were in room 210 - the only issue was with the window open you could smell people smoking if they were stood outside the front door.

Everything from the booking in staff at reception, to the breakfast in the morning was absolutely top tier class. Staff were excellent and very friendly, food and drinks were 5 stars also, the room was in excellent condition, absolutely spotlessfrom top to bottom, fresh bedding, towels, little added touch of tea and coffee e.t.c and very comfortable bed, have absolutely no doubt at all that my girlfriend and I will be back for another stay and will be highly recommending to family and friends, to all staff, thank you once again an excellent stay 5 star rating any day of the week!!

Great meal, great service, great price, can't fault it. Barry served us and we had a fantastic meal, food was hot, well presented and came out pretty quickly considering how busy the restaurant was. We'll be back again very soon, now my mother in law's favourite.

Room was quiet, clean and tidy, did not require any freshen-up service. Would prefer to have a box of tissues in the room as part of the amenities. Had breakfast each day of my 3 day stay and ate dinner in the restaurant twice. Food and service was good

Customer service needs improving. Reception staff not the friendliest. The room was ok but not clean enough. There was dust everywhere. Sheets had holes and stains and even you could find hair on them. I do not recommend. The onl

Room was basic and clean and met my expectations. When we arrived the room was a double rather than a twin but this was resolved.Only faults with room were that there was a stain on the shower curtain and the toilet roll holder was very loose. We had dinner in the pub before going to an evening event and food/service was good. When we returned from our evening event, the bar was closed ( Sunday times were not published accurately on line) however helpful staff sold us a bottle of wine and gave us 2 glasses to take back to our room

Manager in charge gave excellent customer Service on 02/04 when the chef was delayed with cooking breakfast. When I asked if I could just have toast and coffee, he said yes and refused to take any payment due to me not being able to have a full breakfast.
