The room was decent and clean, though the carpet had an old smell both in the room and the hallway. The spa was good, and the breakfast was tasty with a great selection of options.However, I encountered a major issue with the hotel's booking system. I booked one double room for myself and my friend directly on the hotel’s website. The system showed an error but still allowed me to complete the booking. I saw a confirmation notification on my phone popping up and assumed everything was fine.At check-in, I received one set of keys for my room and mentioned the error message to the receptionist, who disregarded it. The check-in process was poor, with no guidance or explanation provided.The real trouble started at checkout when I discovered that the booking system had generated two bookings and the hotel attempted to charge me for two rooms. The reservation printouts showed two bookings with the same timestamp and same guest names, indicating an obvious mistake (plus it’s not possible to book 2 rooms at once on their website). However, the manager, Ms. Schwaiger, insisted it was my fault. First, she didn't believe me, claiming I had booked for someone else who didn't show up. If that were the case, why wasn't the second booking mentioned when I checked in? And the guest names on both reservations were the same.Ms. Schwaiger then tried to blame me for not noticing a second email with a different reservation number. She argued that it was my responsibility to catch their website's error and contact them. She demanded that I pay at least 50% for the second room because they couldn’t sell it.Only after I mentioned that I have excellent legal insurance and would go to court for justice did she agree not to charge me for the second reservation that I didn’t make. This entire situation was handled unprofessionally and amateurishly by the hotel team.Overall, while the hotel has its positives, the unprofessional handling of booking issues and poor customer service ruined my experience. Future guests should be cautious and double-check their bookings to avoid similar problems.

I love this place. The Hotel itself is closed too Munich and Rosenheim. It is nice and cozy and the rooms have all you need. The food in the restaurant is pretty good. Also the Service is always caring and most of it I love the SPA. The new sauna area is so beautiful and has all you wish and dream for. A little river, a bio sauna, finish sauna, quiete zone and also a little relax arena outside: best ist you also can come and book external so just spend the day in the spa. And for sure you have to try the full body massage with Holger and than sauna again. You will be deeply relaxed. Lots of parking in front of the hotel and perfect to enjoy your the countryside closed to Munich.

Im here for work but in love with the hotel and area. Staff in the hotel, as locals, are accommodating and friendly.I don't speak German, but they tried their best to help me.I love walking, and when I can't find my way...a lady on the street took her time and showed me on the map where to go.

The hotel has an incredible spa, large and with lots of options. The room was fine. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had a good balance of fresh fruit, yoghurts, bread, cheese, etc. Would stay here again.

Nice café with a great selection of cakes and pies. The best place to go for coffee in Glonn in my opinion, especially since they renovated the place.
