The hotel has a TOP location, bakery, restaurants, city center, everything is close by and can be reached quickly.Because of the disruptive construction work, the staff immediately carried out the request for a room change. After that everything was perfect!!! Very, very friendly staff. Gladly again!

This is a very functional accommodation with a convenient location for transportation, buying food, and daily necessities. The cleanliness is acceptable.However, it is unfortunate that the entire exterior of the hotel is currently under construction. Even though I stayed on a higher floor, workers were frequently passing by my window. I couldn’t open the window to let some air in, as a lot of construction dust would blow in. The curtains had to be kept closed at all times, leaving no natural light and making the entire room very dark and uncomfortable.I was surprised that the hotel staff didn't inform the guests about this situation in advance. I only found out after checking in. they should have been honest and transparent about the situation. I'm sorry to say that I have to give this stay a failing grade in my review.

Long weekend with husband and friends. Hotel in a perfect location both for reaching the historic center of Munich and the Olympiahalle for concerts. Quiet area with various services available such as the metro terminus within walking distance as well as an excellent pastry shop and an Aldi supermarket. There are also several restaurants nearby. Spotless rooms, super quiet and very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!!!

Ordinary room, helpful staff for the parking space arrangement (EUR5/night in underground garage, limited spaces better reserve in advance), next to U-bahn & S-bahn station pretty accessible to the city centre, sizeable shopping mall nearby can get most of the daily needs

good location with U and S train right in front of the door, only about 15 minutes to the center. Everything is quite small and crowded, but functional and modern. The cleaning service urgently needs to be replaced. Prices are probably reasonable outside of Oktoberfest times and highly recommended under these two conditions.

Room is fine, service is okay.At 6:30 a.m. someone was hammering nails into the wall in the next room and a dog was barking incessantly across the street.B&B hotel in general is always good.

Basically we were very satisfied. Price-performance was really acceptable compared to all other hotels (August 31st - Adele concert).We would have liked to have breakfast, but we didn't like the Grab&Go system. In a hotel, regardless of whether it is a short trip, a business trip or a relaxing vacation, a decent breakfast buffet with seating is part of the package.We really have to praise the bed and the cleanliness. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Very clean room with shiny bathroom fittings and a clean toilet.The only thing I could complain about was the breakfast offer mentioned above and that as a B&Bme member I didn't get the water bottle that was promised. Otherwise, if Adele comes to Munich again, I would like to stay at the B&B Hotel in Moosach again.

The rooms are very small and the bathroom is full of hair from the previous owner. Contrary to the description, there was no housekeeping. As requested by the hotel, we put our towels on the floor to get fresh ones. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case and we had to ask for new towels at the reception in the evening (which unfortunately wasn't open for the entire specified time).The cleaning lady smoked in the hallway, so even the rooms smelled of smoke. Apart from that, she was talking on the phone very loudly, which was audible in the rooms and was disturbing.In addition, scaffolding is currently being built around the hotel (a notice would have been nice), which meant that we were woken up in the morning by construction noise and construction workers were constantly standing in front of the window watching us in the room.Subway connection is good.Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

I've been to the B&B Hotel Munich-Moosach a few times. As in previous stays, everything was fine. Reception friendly, rooms small, functional and clean. For me, this is the best accommodation for a stay in my hometown.

Formerly LETOMOTEL, now B&B, the interior has developed into a positive 😄 courteous staff, very customer-oriented 👌 Location is ideal for trips to the center, directly on the doorstep tram, bus and S-Bahn or the surrounding area, Nymphenburg Castle by car 6 minutes . away, the offer in the lobby is appealing, small. Bar and snack area 👍
