Worst hotel experience EVER! ||Avoid this hotel at all costs if you have any dignity. ||I’d paid a reasonable sum for what I thought was going to be a nice, but no frills hotel as you’d expect for around the £45 mark. …

Was mould in the rooms, the showers, rooms stank, outdated furniture and due to the mould my partner (with asthma) started having an asthma attack within the 20 minutes we were in the room, went downstairs to speak to the staff who was incredibly rude, and basically told us that we shouldn't have book the hotel knowing one of us has asthma and refused any sort of refund of 2 rooms, 4 people and 2 nights. He instead got into our faces whilst we were explaining to him that it was unsafe to stay there and that we shouldn't be paying for 2 rooms for 2 nights when at least one of us will most likely end up in hospital. Please do not go, it's a waste of money

My partner booked this hotel without reading the reviews. It did smell damp and musty when you walk in. It is room only.It is a very sad worn out hotel. Needs major investment. Our room was number 3 which we think was the best room after my partners remarks to the guy on reception - the bathroom had been re-furbished as the mastic was very white and nice shower. The bedding was clean and comfy bed. Net curtains falling apart, dirty fingers marks on door and wardrobe, sofa in room dirty, room smelt musty - opened window to clear.Would not stay there again

OK. I saw reviews but I am a hotel critic. I was greated by someone who didn't talk, just showed me to my room. Looking at hotel, could do with some serious tlc. Got into room and noticed that it was wet on walls a while back. …

You get what you pay for here!Cheep rooms I managed to get a discount to £35 for the night and would definitely not pay anymore.Rooms are old fashioned and every floor board is creaky, you can see through a gap in the door from the hallway light so if you like pitch black wouldn’t recommendI had rusty nails in my shower cubicle…Not sound proof at all and can hear anything going on outside the room / hallway areaThere was a couple stains on the toilet roll holder and I don’t want to know what it was 😂However sheets and bedding were clean, was a tidy room, bed was comfy enough and is really close to the beach. It’s cheep and did the job as I just needed the bed for the night.

Not as bad as people make out.||We stayed for 4 nights in room 19 and to be fair it was OK. It had a new bathroom, the bed was comfortable and it was clean. …

Where do I start??? First off it says 3pm check in on the Web sight. When you get your booking form it says 4.30pm you have to be out of your room by 11am. A very nice young lad took us on an excursion to our room at 4pm. The shower room was very small with badly cracked tiles and the shower head kept falling down while showering. The toilet was to close to the sink where you would bash your right knee on it. Very out dated decor. Very noisy floorboards and doors that slammed shut. Very dusty in room. We never ate there so can't comment on that. The view from the room was the back of the hotel very disgusting looking. You get what you pay for cheap and not so cheerful. Although close to the beach

I have to be fair. After seeing the previous reviews myself and my partner thought we would give this hotel a chance. The beds were clean and really comfy, honestly a really lovely nights sleep. Tea and coffee were available in the rooms. The location is ideal, too, around the corner from everything you need. And close to the beach. Shame because this hotel has been really slated. But for £70 for 2 nights, you get what you pay for. Yes, the hotel could do with updating and some TLC. You could see quite some time ago this was a lovely desirable hotel. We exspirenced no problems or issues. The hotel manager was friendly on check in to.

Perfect location near to the beach. Reception staff kindly waited longer than the latest check-in time to ensure we got our key successfully. He showed me the layout and where the fire exits were. Rooms are a great size too... the only downfall was that it was really hot on the top far side hallway. it was the only hallway (including our bedroom) that was exceptionally hot. Other than that it's a great place to stay =)
