Lovely quirky hotel with a great (and unusual) bar area. Our room was small but comfortable, situated towards the back of the hotel. The food is fairly standard, hot and tasty Very friendly staff, would definitely stay here again

Located in the centre of Atherstone. We've stayed in the main hotel a couple of times for family events. They are dog friendly in all rooms. Meals are excellent and staff very friendly. Main hotel is better than the annex, which reputably has very thin walls and quite noisy as reported by two different family members who stayed there. The hotel is very good at organising functions.

APPALLING!Possibly the worst service I have ever received anywhere.Multiple menu items not available, when the restaurant was empty, having booked in advance. Only made aware of this a long time after we had ordered and paid. When we complained we were told 'there had been no inconvenience!'.Each time we complained, another child came to tell us the same, no resolutions offered at any stage, even when we asked! We were told, by the same children, the manager was un-available. (we could see her behind the bar!). so we asked more and were told the same. After realising we were not going to get any food, we asked for a refund. When they processed this - they charged us the full bill again! When we tried again for further refunds, they were unable to process. None of them knew how to work the machine. The manager was still behind the bar, and at no pint came to assist.Several groups waiting to be served, subsequently left without any food or drink!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Good value for money. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Good location. Parking was great. We had a meal in the bar and the food was fantastic and reasonably priced. Catered for different diets. Staff very attentive. Would stay again. Looking forward to our next visit.

So I get here after a long day run a bath only for it to be luke warm, I then go to connect to the wifi no password or anything anywhere so I go down to ask for it. Finally connect to find it barely works, and I can’t even send a message. Just not good enough in 2024 especially when I’ve payed £75 for one night here. What is anyone supposed to do in a hotel room alone with no wifi or 3g for an evening. Sort it out.

What a nightmare so far!||Fire alarm going off at 9.30 (drunk resident) midnight and someone is trying to kick someone's door down and calling all names under the sun, 12.30 more arguments and banging. …
