The parking is on the back of the hotel. Therefore, we had to carry our bags all the way around the hotel. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone who has young children or requires accessibility. The room looks very dirty with old dusty carpets. There was some hair on the beds:not sure if they have changed the bedding with new sheets or not. I'm posting those images here. We would have gone to another hotel, but now it's too late to find somewhere else (arrived here in the night after driving more than 4 hours from the Highlands). The room looks nothing like what was on the website.Ironically, this was the Halloween night that we happened to stay here. After spending days in Scottish Highlands my daughter was saying that she didn't want to end this trip. But she walk up at 04:15 today and started to cry that she wants to go home right now. Even though there was no way to know about the quality of this hotel room when booking, this is a grave mistake from my side. I didn't look for a better hotel as I booked here to rest one night (instead of driving straight back home). But never thought it would turn into a nightmare that ruins the entire happiness and relaxation of our holiday trip. This is the last time we would ever book a Premier Inn. I hope that they would close this hotel from their network so that people wouldn't make mistakes by choosing this by seeing unreal photos on their website.

We stayed at this Premier Inn and it was as alway, what we expected. Clean, quiet and very convenient. My good reviews will be to the breakfast team. Lovely ladies, very helpful and friendly. After we left,we realised our card didn't went through, and we called back to let them know. We offered to pay over the phone, but they give us our breakfast for free just for being honest. Love it. Thank you so much.

We visited here last week on a trip and had a pleasant stay. The room decor was a little tired, however the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Also the room we had was quite too. …

Stayed here many times. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a shame that the pub adjoining it is now closed to the public and only serves the residents of the hotel. The pub staff (2 of them) were rushed off their feet and many of the meals were "off".Such a shame as this was one of the better Premiere Inns. The value for money has drastically decreased and I will have to look for alternatives in the future.

We selected this hotel as a handy spot for Edinburgh Airport the following day. We had a couple of choices but this one suited our budget and also advertised as having an on site Brewers Fayre. and that's kind of where it all fell apart. …

Hotel is quite shabby looking, needs a good refurb/ coat of paint. The plant pot outside the main door was filled with cigarette butts instead of flowers which isn't a great impression. …

Have stayed several times hotel clean and friendly service. There were no evening menus available in the pub next door only breakfast which we weren't made aware of before booking. Thought the drinks were quite expensive etc ÂŁ3.50 for a can of irn bru doesn't encourage a return visit. We would use this hotel again because of its location being close tocentre and local train station to get over to Edinburgh without having to drive overall had a good stay.

The room I was allocated was a disabled room. I am not disabled and the bed was practically on the floor. The room was dark, dingy and depressing. …
