Here for dinner as we were staying in Newtonmore.Generous portions of perfectly cooked hearty homely food. Hubby had the venison casserole which was lovely, I had the burger which was clearly homemade and so beautifully seasoned.Service was absolutely top notch, super friendly team who were happy to help and you could tell genuinely enjoyed working here. Perfect for a relaxed evening dinner and the music was great too 😂

Had a really lovely dinner this evening. The food was delicious, generous portions especially our desserts! Staff were very friendly and attentive. My wife has a nut allergy and they made sure that her courses were safe to eat. Highly recommend the Glen Hotel.

A small but dedicated team offering first class service. Everyone is so helpful and very attentive to your needs. The rooms are very comfortable and for anyone walking a long distance path who wants to get out of the tent for an evening, stay here. The food is great and caters very well for veggies!

The hotel was well furnished and room comfy, food ok and breakfast to a good standard. I didn’t enjoy the vocal and intimidating staff training whilst trying to eat my evening meal. Not a relaxed environment. The staff perform like they are acting out a script and not natural.

This review is for the restaurant located at the Glen Hotel. We had the Venison Stew dinners and they were above expectation and phenomenal. Large chunks of melt-in-your mouth venison in a tasty gravy with sides of mashed potatoes, veggies or salad. All were very tasty. We felt their prices were very fair. Unfortunately we didn't get pictures
