The room was a bit dated and dusty in parts. Toilet was extremely noisy! However, it was reasonably priced for its central location. However, breakfast was one of the best I've had in years. It's really tasty food and a cracking cup of tea!

The location is fantastic—just a short stroll from the beautiful beach and local shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a charming view of the surrounding area. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast each morning, which offered a great variety to start the day off right. The hotel’s cozy atmosphere and lovely decor added to the overall experience. I will recommend the Broadway Hotel enough for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Llandudno. I’ll definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised by the Broadway. Although I'd booked a single room, I was given a clean and spacious room with a double bed and a big window with a pleasant view. …

For the price and location it's brilliant. The lady there (I assume the manager) handled check in, the bar and breakfast. She was amazing. Rooms were a good size. The bathrooms could do with being updated but it wasn't at all an issue for my stay.

OK..... when a hotel is described as budget in its description I should perhaps research a little more or use local knowledge from colleagues to get their opinions before booking! …

This hotel is an absolutely disgusting dirty place. The room was shockingly filthy, with cobwebs in every corner of the ceiling. The bed linen was dusty, and overall cleanliness was severely lacking. The real issue, however, was the manager, who went by the name Ross. His behaviour was completely unacceptable. When I raised my concerns about the room, he became extremely rude and aggressive. To make matters worse, he made racist comments, despite not being a native English speaker himself. At 9 pm he even told me to leave the room if I wasn’t satisfied. This is a shocking response from someone in the hospitality industry.Thankfully, I decided to leave and requested a refund due to his hostile behavior. The hotel’s hygiene standards were appalling, and it felt like stepping back in time. The decor was outdated and unhygienic. On a positive note, the lady at reception was helpful, but unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to salvage my experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel altogether. Infact, this hotel should be closed down due to its hygiene standards!

Filthy, not good, my daughter got a discount but wasn't worth it, even with discount, it's £200 per night in same room next friday, which is the night we stayed, staff were ok, what I would expect. Food hygiene rating is 1, would you have breakfast at £12 per head, we didn't risk it!
